The traffic at night was noisy. The building needs a major update, it looks old and has very short ceilings. The shower head was way to low it was hitting my head when showering. Needs major update.

Reasonable price. Easy access to freeway. The free breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Down pillows are very comfortable!

Starting to show age. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so takes a bit to see the mirror after a family member has taken a shower. Not much light in the room. and very little space to put a suitcase.

The staff tried so hard to put us first, they are lovely people.

The staff was wonderful! I was struggling with bank fraud. My children to come and rescue me. All staff were wonderful!! Summer helped me navigate the high-tech washer and dryer that didn't use cash or coins and was beyond my technical abilities! I was able to close my scammed account and open one with another bank that gave ne a temporary debit card. The staff did everything they could to reduce my stress in this situation.

The staff attending the complimentary breakfast was very attentive. She heard my spouse ask me for something that I didn’t see and quickly pointed it out to him. I used to work in the hospitality industry. She’s is the kind of employee that would make any property sparkle.

Great location, bed was soooooooo comfy and the sheets were clean and crisp.

1) Not sure what’s happening with their windows but, uggggh. See pic. Condensation, perhaps, not sure exactly but it looks like heck. 2) The toilet is like 4” too short. See pic. Brutal for an OP with bad knees. That is a travel size shampoo for comparison lolol. 3) Wifi was seriously nonexistent! I tried for an hour straight and could not get service for more than 5 mins. Site won’t load 3-4 times in a row, when it does connect, you can’t make it past the boomph about the place. Then just when you make it past the hotel info, poof, the connection is gone. Back to the wifi settings…… ad naseum.

Breakfast was well above expectations and staff was extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions. My only criticism comes from there not being two chairs in the room. "Unwieldy" for a couple to enjoy but the staff brought us another office chair immediately when I made my request known to the front desk! All in all, Quality Inn Everett is "The Place I stay" when my wife and I and Emma, our dog, come to the Seattle area to visit family!
