The front desk receptionist was kind and answered all of our questions.

location was nice. room was clean. property clean

I was charged 75.00 extra for two nights to have a dog. usually it is 10-15$ plus maybe a security deposit that you get back if everything is ok. I thought that was steep. also. we left and took the dog and told housekeeping that the dog was not in the room. please clean. she said ok and then did not. so no towels or anything replenished. no coffee in the room second morning unless you pay 13$ extra for breakfast.

The pool was ice cold inside no heater I would have a heart attack if I got in it. My husband's breakfast had a hair in it my pancakes were not done. There was no tub in the room I had to sit in the shower because I couldnt stand due to a back and foot injury. I slid on the shower floor trying to get up because the bar was at the other end where the shower head was. I asked repeatlyfor a room with a tub and would have downgraded to get one. The refrigerator didn't work they had to bring in a new one. The desk clerk that night yelled at my husband to bring back the cart even though we waited ten minutes to get one and had only had the cart for less then two minutes. I have injuries and don't move fast and the cart was not empty when my husband went to move the car. The internet didn't work and when I called the clerk I was told oh well there are people using it. The bed was so hard we couldn't sleep and my husband had to do a singing gig the next day. Then the day of check out at 10:00 am I went to get a cart for luggage and they had turned our cards off even though check out was at noon. I couldn't get back in the room and had to hobble back down to the desk since I walk with a cane to get the cards turned back on to get into the room. Needless to say I did not leave a tip. I will never visit there again and I feel money should be refunded to me. The night clerk was very rude. The day we left I couldn't get out of there fast enough. It was a horrible trip and it was a business trip at that. There was also no seat in the shower but a 2inch shelf that I couldn't even use to pull myself up with it was very slippery when wet.it is the hotel from HELL. I ALREADY POSTED YOU PICTURES . I believe because we complained to you we were treated badly. Also I never got to speak to the hotel manager which was conveniently off until Monday we left on a Sunday.
