The cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff

I booked these rooms because of their pool and nobody said it was closed even after check in had I known it was closed I would’ve booked rooms somewhere else

Well I don't know were to start from the front desk staff , the regular staff, the young man at the pool area I was so blown away how they did there jobs with a giant smile and warm greeting I will definitely will return, please if I can only have the email to the owner to congratulate him and to see if there's a way to compensate the staff with at least a small bonus, thank you!! Sincerely.

Nothing there are awesome.

The staff was attentive but not over-bearing. The breakfast was hot and full course....the pool hours were perfect....outdoor patio with fireplace...

The reason I picked the Hampton was the inside water slide to surprise my kids. Pool and Hot Tub looked and smelled like swamp water and sewage. Water slides where only not fully clean but safe enough to slide once.

I usually stay her when we visit my sister . My girls love the water slide .

We got there at 5:30 had a reservation but the room was not ready when check in starts at 3 . I was not feeling well had to wait to get in the room . I woke up at 1 in the am went to the front desk to get a drink the lady was rude .

The friendly helpful staff, Mark checked us in at the desk, was helpful and gave us access to the pool facilities. He was super sweet and full of cheer.

it was PERFECT!! Just wish you offered deals for those that stay with you regularly. My family has been to stay at your hotel at least 4 times in the last year.

The staff was friendly and attentive and very helpful.

We came to Hampton Inn for my son’s birthday. we LOVED the water slides. The staff was helpful and the property was very clean. Breakfast was great. we are coming back for my daughter’s birthday!

The breakfast was very good. And Kaye went beyond her means to make us feel welcome.
