What I like the most was the cleanness and the area
Everything was just perfect.

Just needed towels but they got it for us right away.

The breakfast was very good. I loved the daily waffles and the egg omelette, fried potatoes, and sausage. Tea and coffee 24hrs was a plus. I recommend this place and would return if I’m at Riverside again.

NO INTERNET, Internet was horrible! I could not purchase the upgraded internet; it appeared once, and I could never get it back. The hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. The TV Internet was not working, could not see the guide information example of what the show was. The channels were off from the guide.
Had to have family call the rook due to the internet and not having cell service. The hotel phone was horrible, could hardly hear the person on the other line.

The toilet in my bathroom was not fully cleaned .There was a ring around the toilet. Also there was pubic hair in the shower.

A little noisy from guests walking hard above me (not your fault) and traffic could be heard (again not your fault.)

Breakfast was GREAT! BEDS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE! Spa was the best after walking a lot at the Renfaire in Eastvale.

It was nice and the lady checking us in was awesome truly hospitable and wanted our stay to be the best
Very noisy there was football players staying there. They should have put them together playing plastic guns in the hallway. Some of them was across the hall from us. Breakfast could have been stocked better and all the tables were not wiped.

The staff , was extremely rude from the beginning, I checked out early and the staff didn’t want to help me with at least a partial refund , the toilet didn’t work at all , and when I told someone they said I have to wait a day

It is in a nice area with eateries within a short walk. The staff was very accommodating and genuinely caring.

Place is in need of a makeover. Every seemed pretty well used.

Location is great - its in an upscale neighborhood and there is an obvious security service watching over the property and its parking area. Facility was clean and well-kept. Complimentary breakfast was good with assortment of hot dishes and baked options. Also like the fact that warm beverages are available all day/night in the lobby area.
Did not find the bed particulary great - a bit soft for my wife's and my liking. Room did not have a microwave which we particularly enjoy since we usually have leftovers when dining out on a trip.
