How friendly the staff was, the cleanliness of the room/hallways/elevator.

The bathroom smelling like weed and cigarettes from other people smoking and it traveling through the vents.

location was great, and it was clean.

Staff were unhelpful and rude. the air conditioner was very loud, and the fire alarms went off for most of the evening. we never were updated as to what was going on, but we did not enjoy our room at all. the beds were hard and did not sleep well either. I’ve had better stays for the price in other hotels.

Easy access to shopping and restaurants

The bed was hard and horrible. There was bumping and knocking noises all night. My wife and I couldn't sleep because of that. The TV remote didn't work. And there was a dripping noise coming from the bathroom.

The location was great. Near any kind of store you could possibly need. And parking lot was well lit and easy in and out.

did not eat breakfast. the location of the stay was great

looked like no one cleaned the room. dirt was everywhere, packet of utensils for coffee was opened, clock by bed was covered with hair and the microwave was filthy with crumbs and grease all over the bottom.

Breakfast was ok. Could use hard boiled eggs which are often found at hotel breakfasts. Breakfast closed at 9 which seemed a bit early.
