Very clean and the location.

The hotel staff provided us $10 credit to eat breakfast at “Napa General Store” and when going for breakfast at this place an individual by the name DREW treated us very rude and nasty. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast because we didn’t have the time and energy to deal with miserable individuals like DREW. Her disgusting attitude ruined our morning. DREW needs to check her mental health. Big THANK YOU to check in desk BRIAN and bell desk JONATHAN and his trainer.

Location was nice but the room was old and a bit smelly. Furniture was old and need updating .

For the price we paid the room could have been a lot nicer.

Lokacija hotela je odlična, na robu mesta, ob reki, v čudovitem okolju. Soba je zelo lepo opremljena, prav za vse je poskrbljeno. Tudi aparat za kavo je v sobi in vsak dan dostavijo nove kavne kapsule, kar mi je veliko pomenilo. Za zajtrk smo dobili bone v omejeni vrednosti, ki smo jih lahko koristili v lokalu, ki je v sklopu hotela in ima dobro ponudbo. Nismo imeli balkona, ima pa hotel lepe skupne terase opremljene z mizami in stoli.

Motila nas je le slaba zvočna izoliranost, saj se sliši loputanje vrat, govor iz hodnika, pa tudi okna ne preprečujejo vdora hrupa od zunaj. Naša soba je bila obrnjena na cesto in smo ves čas slišali promet, kar je moteče.

Sweetie Pie was great! Room was very comfortable. It was also spacious. Internet worked perfectly (which doesn't always happen in hotels.) Room was clean.

Could have been more electrical outlets. You have several available but we seem to have so many electrical devices. Room was a little warm. Tried to cool it down but really wasn't able to get it down below 68.

Great location! They offer an amazing breakfast discount at sweetie pies on property that opens at 7am

Good location. Convenient to town but quite a drive from the wineries we visited.

Very expensive for amenities offered & room with no view. We were out in a very dark room by the elevator. Room was dated and furniture was falling apart.

Room with great view and balcony overlooking the river but an odd shape because of the shape of the building. Well equipped and we went to Sweetie Pies and were able to get granola, yogurt and berries as well as fruit juice rather than pastries. Plenty of parking outside and the hotel provided a voucher so no charge. Easy walking distance from the centre and good choice of restaurants.

Some noise in the evening from the restaurant next door but it closed at 10pm and we did stay over the weekend.
