Very friendly place..front counter guy was very nice and helpfull

The bed was comfortable.
The bathroom door was broken, there was mold on the bath mat, tub was in poor condition & mold on top of shower wall. The vent was completely covered with dust. Air conditioner barely worked. Breakfast was just a cheese roll that looked & tasted like it was out of date. Staff was not friendly.0

We stay here quite often and they are very nice people that take care of this place.
We had people around us that where up even at 2:30 am in the morning they where not quite. not sure if it was kids or adults or both. but it sounded like they where having a good time but we where trying to sleep. but that’s not the Inns fault.

The room was disgusting - mold everywhere, the room was damp, holes in the walls, no coffee maker as advertised, missing shower curtain, etc. It just felt dirty and not at all what we were expecting. The “breakfast” was 2 brands of cereal and a piece of bread - what a joke! Would never stay here again. The owner drives a Mercedes while we are staying in the most disgusting room ever. Next time will definitely spend the extra cash and get a nice hotel!

My overall stay was good. Staff was great! They called to confirm check in with me.
When I asked for an extra blanket was given one no problems
I booked 3 rooms and one was on the other side of building and up a floor. The AC/heater didn't work properly in 2 of the rooms it made too much noise to have on for long. Not enough pillows for 4 people

The room was musky smelling like a locker room. My neighbor played annoying music very loudly until 1 am. It was very hard to sleep.

We had a parking space close to our room.
There were pieces of broken down a/c units behind the stairs heading to the second floor. Our room’s odor was not good nor pleasing. Everything looked old. The bed was stiff and stained. The deluxe breakfast that was included with our room was not deluxe at all. The only choices we had were either toasted bread or 2 kinds of cereal.

The location was good as we travelled for an event at Circuit of the Americas. This hotel was about 30 minutes away and cheaper than many in downtown Austin. I felt safe in the area. The staff was nice upon checking in as well. Water in the shower got plenty hot.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The furniture was old and worn down. The entire facility appeared old and outdated. On the last day a roach crawled into the bathroom. The bathroom also had a lot of dirt and dust on the fan.

Did not feel comfortable with leaving my vehicle in the parking lot, people were smoking pot on the parking lot, for the price per night the rooms seemed run down and there was no shampoo on the bathroom.

I had a peaceful rest, after the desk clerk moved me away from some traveling workers having a cookout, with music.
Power strip on desk had loose connections inside the electric plugs. Had to plug in my CPAP machine and laptop, so I moved the bed away from the wall to directly access the plug. Found all sorts of filthiness behind bed. Good thing is that nothing was evident when I replaced the bed, but I knew it was there!
