The room had bugs. And not very clean. Didn't stay felt very dirty.

The smell as soon as you walk in the door is disgusting. Smells like feces and old people. The place felt like there were bugs crawling on you and everything was extremely dirty. There are joining rooms and you could hear everyone as if you were sharing the space. We booked for 2 nights and only stayed one.

Juan the Manager of both the Super 8 and the Motel 6 next door was excellent. He was super friendly and if you needed anything he rushed to get it. He made our stay a delight.

Lights didn't work, gave us key to wrong room,was already occupied. Bathroom filthy and toilet wouldn't flush and cracked toilet seat and discolored, Bathtub was patched Very old smelly and dirty. Refrigerator and ac were off. Bad lighting in Bathroom. Terrible don't go here!

Entrance has beautiful vaulted ceiling— total hot box. stifling air quality; no AC. Stairs need obvious vacuuming and rug needs steam cleaning. When I booked, it said breakfast included. “Super” long counter in lobby— no food. Toaster oven and microwave sitting there. Four foot side counter: “coffee and…””. Tub drain clogged.

Most importantly, the room was clean.

The breakfast was coffee, juice and mini chocolate muffins. There was nothing else and no staff in the lobby in the morning. The occupant of room next door had their tv on during our entire stay and throughout the night which we could hear.

There was no breakfast, but we would not have eaten it if there had been. Hotel is poorly kept, dirty and not worth the money paid.

The receptionist who checked us in was outstanding. He could not have been any nicer and have any better customer service skills. He deserves a raise.

Our room that we originally got had toilet paper still in the toilet and the one bed(we always check them first) had fuzzies all over it and a hair and the sheets looked all wrinkled like some one already slept in it and they just made the bed over top it. The second room we kept because it was clean but it definetly smelled like someone smoked in it. It also stated that breakfast was included and I couldnt find anywhere that said it didn't serve it anymore. However, in the morning when we went down there wasn't breakfast at all. Not a huge deal but i wish they would remove it from the listing if it's not included anymore. We stayed here before and enjoyed it which is why we booked it again. I'm unsure if we will stay here again. Best part was the gentleman who checked us in and out. He was absolutely the nicest person.

No one at the front counter for check in. The carpet was dirty. A lot of dust. Advertised free breakfast but no breakfast at all. No even any hot coffee. Was very disappointed. That was why I chose to stay there and nothing. No one at front counter to check out. Just a drop box to put key in. I’ll never stay there again.
