Good size, good pool, clean, convenient to historic town, friendly staff.

Could do with some sound proofing improvements - first night we had an older person next to us who kept his TV on all night and we could hear every word - but fell asleep eventually !

The rooms are super up to date and nice and clean. Very modern. Comfortable beds. Nice decor.

Our AC was NOT working in our room. We said something night #1. They sent the front desk clerk up and all he did was "turn the unit off and on to reset it". Still never worked properly. It was a constant 80 degrees in our room in the middle of July. Not a lovely feeling. Made it impossible to get comfortable or sleep and led to us taking nothing but back to back cold showers to cool ourselves off. I had to go to the store and buy a fan to put on both nightstands to try and cool us off enough to sleep, wasn't enough. Our fridge also didn't work. All of the food we put in it spoiled. The French fries we had from a restaurant were covered in white mold within 48 hours due to not being properly refrigerated. I am extremely disappointed in the amount of money we spent and the fact that we were so miserable in our room we would rather be outside in the pool because it was cooler than our hotel room. I mentioned it again upon checking out and was not given any kind of apology, or consolation, or offer to compensate us in any way. I have included two different pictures I took of the thermostat showing we had it set as low as possible and it was still reading 79 and 82 degrees during the time of the photos. One of them was taken in the middle of the night at about 3am when I was sweating so bad I couldn't sleep. And the other was taken at about 5pm when we got back from being gone all day and there was no reason for the temperature to be that high.

We liked the size of the room for the price. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The shower was bigger than expected so that was a nice surprise. They did a great job cleaning the rooms and enjoyed our stay.

When trying to check in, I did have someone who was very snippy and rude towards me about my reservation and then when I went to check out, there was no one there for a few minutes. Still enjoyed our stay though.

floors, bathroom, and room were not very clean.

Loved the large accessible bathroom! Room was clean and smelled fresh. Hotel in a good location to everything we wanted. Pool was very refreshing temp.

Nothing against the hotel, but seemed to have a few “permanent” residents there and they made a lot of noise late at night.

When I pull my covers back on my bed you can tell they had not changed the sheets because I found several pieces of hair and my bed and this was the second room that we changed to because the first room the bathroom was not clean there was hair all in the bathroom shower we went to the second room and like I said there was hair in my bed the sheets had spots on them the floors had not been mopped or swept and this was supposed to be a clean room but it was not clean

What could have been better if they were clean sheets on the bed if the floors have been mopped and swept we had bugs in our room there were stuff on the walls where somebody had a look like smeared something but

It definitely had character. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice, it was clean.

I didn't know a breakfast was available. There were two hangers no microwave no hairdryer. A few bumps in the wall. The red chair in the room needs to go or get an update. When the room door was closed you could see outside, a lizard could definitely fit in through there. The ppool area needs a make over and the soda machines were filthy.

Parking spots too tight

Clean, no bugs, comfortable bed. Nice big television. A refrigerator. Our room seemed freshly painted. Check in and check out were easy.

Old exterior. Floor was sticky. It had a motel feel. Really noisy with weird guests who were hollering and slamming doors in the middle of the night. Very basic. Didn't feel safe.
