A family friendly resort with the kindest staff I’ve ever come across.

kids love the pool and activity center. Ryan at the activity center is exceptional with the kids, he is enthusiastic and positive and always such a big help.

would be great if there was laundry in the units… a small washer/dryer stacked on top does not take that much room. it took me a long time to go back and forth just to do it one load of laundry.

Melorie checked us in and she was amazing.

The rest of the staff were okay, but not as accommodating and helpful as Melorie was - the checkout process felt very rushed and staff seemed annoyed even though we were out by 10:30 - well before 11 am checkout. The clerk from the opposite desk for the other hotel was far more friendly on checkout morning. The game room coin machine was broken, which was a bummer with the weather not being conducive to swimming during our stay, and no staff nearby to maintenance.

Pastries at bar were hard not fresh in the morning. not enough choices for continental breakfast. my bagel was very hard like rock. Please offer more varieties of pastry or croissants for guests who are in a hurry to leave for events.

Very very spacious. It's a home away from home. Both bedrooms and living room has TVs and there is a full kitchen. Also, love the dining table, very cozy to work. The whole spaces are Super clean. Great location. So much closer to Legoland than I expected and there is a great brewing restaurant closely. Wish I have stayed here at the very beginning instead of legoland's castle hotel.

We arrive early and the stall is nice to do precheck in for us. However, we were told that someone will call us when the room is ready but

the location, views, bed was not too soft for my bad back.

the walls were too thin. the alarm was set for us for 6am and i had no idea. the lobby breakfast was finished at 9am. low staff but its ok as it was new years.

Adults only quiet pool. Lovely and accommodating staff. Size of rooms. Comfy beds.

When we checked in it would have been nice to hear about the amenities, the lobby bar, the continental breakfast, the walking path, etc

it had everything you could need for a family trip . my 2 year old loved the play areas and the grown ups did tooo
