The room was very spacious. It was close to the venue and the mall. The bed was very comfortable.

The front desk staff was not very helpful during check in.

The staff members were very nice.. they made my stay very welcoming, and very apologetic about the fact that the pool was closed and that was my main reason for booking there..

I called prior to making a reservation because my main reason for booking was to take my son swimming, however, the pool closed the same week of my stay and I was not aware which made my travel relatively pointless..

The charge for parking and the size of bed seemed to be full size.

Clean, comfortable, quiet with a good location. I had a regular room but it was very large with a portable desk that I moved near the window. Made work and content creation so much better. Staff was extra friendly and polite. I needed a late check out and they were able to accommodate for a nominal fee.

The way breakfast was setup. The young man working was sitting down on his phone when I came to order my food. Very unprofessional.

I really liked to the location in reference to the mall. That was one of the reasons we chose this because of the proximity to the mall. I also really liked the parking garage, it felt safe, and I appreciated the parking spots for trucks as that is what I drive.

I did not like the night staff. When we returned around 11:40, I had went to grab a bottle of wine and he would not allow me to get one. As far as I am concerned, you're allowed to have alcohol until midnight. That was frustrating. I asked also shortly after we checked in, if there was Uber or a car I could call to get us to our stadium and all that was said to me was, Good Luck. No offer for help, or anything. That was rude in my opinion. I also ordered DoorDash, McDonalds, and it was never brought to our room and no one from the front office called to let me know it had arrived. That was ridiculous as we had not eaten all day from traveling.

I loved the location it was pretty close to the Mercedes stadium, very clean and comfortable beds.

It was pretty good I can’t complain.

The air conditioner keypad wasn’t working so I could regulate the temperature and the air conditioner wasn’t running. I checked in late and discovered this and called the front desk. They said they would send someone up. No one came. I discussed it with management and the maintenance guy in the morning and he said he was asleep by 9 pm, before my call. I was not told that he could not fix it so they should have immediately changed my room.

Very friendly staff & clean room. Would definitely book a stay here again.

Elevators doors on the inside was very dirty.

I liked the bed, it was very comfortable.

Stray hair. Shower could have been cleaner. Random stray hairs found in room/shower. I paid for late checkout which the front desk wasn't tracking. Woke up the baby with house keeping. And door keeps stopped working.

The location and parking deck was a plus

I didn’t like the fact we could not watch tv in our room for the whole 4 days we were there and the short African American guy came to fix the tv told us to use their Wi-Fi and connect our phones to the tv to watch tv . That was outrageous to say when we are supposed to watch the tv provided by the hotel.

Room was great.

Breakfast, we paid for the American breakfast, but when we got to the breakfast area, there was only one person working and a lot of hotel guests waiting for for or to order it. We did not have time to wait for 30-35 minutes to order our food, so we left.

The front desk staff was amazing! Very professional and diligent.

There wasn’t any trash bags in the bins inside the room.

Having to pay for parking and getting charged extra for checking in 2 hours early

You have an excellent young woman was with the previous front desk company Marriott maybe she should be upgraded paid more and she should have her all over training your company. She’s excellent on the other hand there’s a lot of improvement you need around that building.

I was horrified and extremely regret going there in the misleading pricing. It’s not that I couldn’t afford 340 for two days but when my first two days reservations made directly with you and then when I went to show it to my husband is when I found you were charging $140 more I canceled my husband went and used it on another account and I got the same kind of canceling. He said just do it I wouldn’t and I won’t be back, which is a real pain in the butt because I could walk us cross the street to the doctors office I was there to see your pool area is a level two at the most. I travel a lot at least spray paint the rusty Disability area better come on don’t be so lazy and cheap with towels at the pool. Never seen it that bad a place is supposed to be the quality you’re saying The getting into the bathroom area by going through the the exercise area without towels it’s not well set up I could go on more on that go read your rules and tell me if that’s done by the attorney or carrying it all about your customers. When you have a business traveler, and you have adults are not allowed to swim by themselves are you kidding , your restaurant just tell the customers to walk across the street to the really good restaurant in the building across the drive parking driving area it’s right there. It’s excellent I walked into your area and was a palled. Didn’t have Customer Service you didn’t have anything do you want to hear more?

The area, staff was nice

I wish you served breakfast and have a microwave in the room. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The couch in the room was dirty. The pool seemed like it needed to be cleaned.

The room and bathroom was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was less than 20 minutes away from the hotel.

I wanted fresh towels and rags everyday without asking or requesting.
