The location was good.

The room was quite dark even with lights on. Because there was door between mine and the room next door, I could hear the other guest an awful lot, especially when they put the TV on at 6 in the morning. One of the day there was no cleaning.

No breakfast unfortunately, convenient parking garage.

Room was on 8th floor. Lots of outside street traffic noises.

we picked this hotel for the pool and it was closed, we were not told this until we discovered ourselves. No coffee cups in the room, very few towels.

beds were comfortable & it was close to where we needed to be for our daughters dance competition

we arrived 10 mins before check in & were made to wait since it wasn’t check in ( I mean really ? mins before 3 pm ) . Their pool wasn’t open at all & no one at check in told us , the bar tender at the restaurant bar was rude and their elevators to the parking garage smelled like marijuana .

There were quite a few noisy guests coming and going after midnight that woke us up.

I stay here two to three times a year. The last two times I asked for wake up call to catch my plane out. Both times no call. This last time I even made the request at the front desk. I was assured the wake up call was correct. Front staff needs a lesson in customer care as been the case every time I stay here.

The service. For Friday night dinner, never got asked how everything was. No coffee or water refills. On Saturday, unable to get coffee after 5 p.m. when Starbucks was closed. We were told to go to the vendors in the ballroom area but they were closed.

front desk staff during checkin was not very nice. made us feel not welcome. initially told us he couldn’t give us the king bed we booked, before another staff member stepped in and confirmed we would get the room. the whole checkin experience left a sour taste to what otherwise would have been a 10/10 stay.

1. Cleanliness/Old outdated furnitures and bathroom. Bathroom tiles especially the tub has visible molds on the sides. Windows are dirty and sidings has visible molds as well. Health hazard!!! Bathroom has no ventilation you can suffocate by showering inside definitely our stay is a health safety concern. 2. No towels!! 1 towel for 3 guests?? I have to request on our check in. 3rd. Overcharge w/o informing the occupants! We booked it a month or even longer, requested for early check in, we checked in w/o front desk telling us we were charge additional $50!! plus so many extra hidden charges. Totaling almost $400 for 2 nights! I booked early to save it was just almost $300. We paid at check out $400!! and they're lying by telling us we were informed. Wouldn't even asked if we were. Nobody even checks if we needed anything the fact that we stayed their more than 1 night, simple as if we need new towels or what. The Lobby is nice but room definitely is poor.
