The facility itself was good, clean and spacious. We arrived about 8:45 to check in, and the computer system was down. We couldn't check in, and we were tired from attending little league games all day. It took 2 hours to be able to take a shower and go to bed. I had to request wash cloths, and disposed of a live roach. The next morning, the breakfast offered was self cooked waffles (good), and some kind of processed soggy chicken tenders and biscuits (bad). Sunday breakfast was much better, scrambled eggs and sausage. Good coffee,

A/c was broke, no refund after we requested a different room and where told they are completely booked.
We were garantiert a refund within 10 days.... this was over 2 months ago. After multiple attempts of trying to reach the hotel manager via phone, email and in person, we are at a loss and very frustrated.
My disabled husband and his service animal are not able to tolerate a room over 87 Fahrenheit.
I dont even want to mention the bed that didn't have sheets on or the other bed that had stains on the sheets. (They did offer us new ones that we were supposed to change ourself. Plus a huge yellow stain on the carpet in front of the bed. All in all very disappointing for a hotel that new and expensive ($150+ a night)

The location was convenient and the room size and decorations were great.
The bathroom was dirty and the pool was disgusting! The bed sheets had old blood stains on them. There was only one person working front desk and he was also maintenance and the housekeeper.

The room was the perfect size for my family of 5!
Let me start off with this had potential to be a GREAT vacation!!!! However 1st... the pool was "closed for maintenance" but we weren't notified about that until I asked about the pool, then we get up to the room on Friday I go to flip back covers as I do at all hotels & most of the covers had stains, hair etc... towels and wash clothes did too! So I went downstairs to let them know & with us getting there so late due to some unforeseen car issues there was no one there to change anything so they just gave me new sheets & towels and wash clothes. So as we were leaving out for the day on Saturday I told the manager that our room was nasty & he didn't seem to give much care but was writing as I was talking so i assumed he was goingto take care of it. When we returned later that evening I found my room had not been clean yet again.... I had to go downstairs and ask for more things to now change YET AGAIN MYSELF!!!! Then the young lady came upstairs to tell me that she had 2 noise complainants for my room where my 7 & 2 yr old was cooped up bc we were unable to spend time in the pool like we thought we would be able to..... so I went downstairs to ask her to contact her supervisor to let him know how my room was still dirty. & now for a 3rd time we received more linen for ME TO CHANGE! Our trash was overflowing etc. She told me to speak to him 1st thing Sunday morning.... so I went downstairs at 7 am to catch him & he was not there I was then informed that he would be there from 10-11 so I tried to go down to speak to him then still not there at that point we had somewhere to be so we left & FINALLY on Sunday with a check out of Monday our room was finally cleaned! The whole ordeal was AWFUL!!!!!! The staff gave me the run around and I was truly ready to leave but did not get to speak to the supervisor. For the price we paid to not be able to enjoy the amenities at all really ruined this vacation for us.

Facility overall seemed dirty, and we even saw a roach while having breakfast. Outside, the location seemed a little sketchy and dirty.

The location was perfect. The room was nice and comfortable!!
The remotes didn’t work at all. When we called the front desk it was stated there was nothing that can be done. We couldn’t watch any Television at all. We also found a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good. The room size is excellent. The entire facility is clean. Best of all, the staff are courteous and respectful. Also, I am thrilled they are pet friendly - that was very helpful in choosing this place, to begin with.

When I walked into the hotel the lobby the color made me feel welcome. The room was amazing and the breakfast was awesome. This hotel has became my favorite hotel when I come back to Augusta Georgia. ❤️

it was very clean and worth the money.
they put me on the second floor with 3 children in between two people that work night shift. so the neighbors complained about my kids crawling on the floor. so the front desk person came to my door said they can’t have that.

I feel as if I’m due a refund because I stay at this hotel from April 14-16 and the air did not work called the front desk 3 time on April 14th about the air after being there for 2 hrs and the room’s temperature never dropped pass 76 degrees. Mr. Patel came and checked after the 3rd time calling came and looked at the thermostat and as walking out the room he said he would be back in 5 mins never came back. Next afternoon April 15th I see Mr. Patel at front desk and I say the air still don’t work and you never came back to check it. He said someone told him we said Nevermind it worked I said no sir it still don’t work, so he said after housekeeping finished cleaning for the day he would put me in a new room that was about about 12:30-1 o’clock that afternoon I went back to my room and waited even took a nap no one never called my phone or the room phone to say anything. So I didn’t worry about it because I only had a few more hours there and I figured he was busy. But the real reason I’m even doing this is because some man called me from the hotel after check out talking about I owed them $157+ for remaining balance when my card was authorized for the full amount on time of check in April 14th and picture of transaction is attached to email. I was just going to take it as a lost because I did enjoy my time spent there. But when he told me I was gone pay it it didn’t think that was professional of him at all. And he kept saying something about check my email when I never got it about the payment that I didn’t make when I made the full payment of $315.10 on April 14, 2023 and again the proof of transaction is attached
