It was clean and tidy. Very good location with parking facilities.

Per day charges are high without breakfast. It should include free breakfast for billed amount. There was no electric kettle to boil the water to make a tea/coffee. Person who was on duty doesn't know how to check my booking when i am checking to hotel. She was telling there was no booking for me even i show my confirmation. Finally she was able to find my booking and allocated the room for us.

Clean, convenient location. Nice, friend staff.

The hotel is just, darn nice. Love the facilities, room is nice. Climate controlled, quiet. Didn't use the pool but it looks beautiful. The little Cafe is wonderful.

It was convenient and a reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable.

The air conditioner was loud and would turn off periodically. When it came back on, it was really loud and alarming.

The hotel is located in a quieter area. The mattress too firm for my preference, but the variety of pillows helped.

The air conditioning did not keep the room adequately cool. I don't think the clerk should state "we have breakfast at ......." without adding "There is a cost for breakfast."
