Location was excellent and quiet. Staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfortable. AC worked great and was very quiet. Shower had good water pressure and temperature.

When I made reservations I was told the pool and hot tub were working. When we got there the hot tub was closed down. That was disappointing after a long drive. And as far as we could tell, there is no elevator.

Great location in Bellevue. Only 18mins to DT Seattle. Quiet neighborhood. Fully treed and private. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful and courteous.

There's nothing to think of.

Indoor pool

the indoor pool was great! they also had a lovely outdoor patio with a fireplace. plenty of parking. breakfast was available but for purchase.

Avoid Sonesta Bellevue at all costs! The frustrating check-in and check-out processes, along with the unpleasant room odor and smoky hallways, make it a regrettable choice for your stay. Our recent stay at Sonesta Bellevue left much to be desired, as the check-in and check-out processes were disappointing and the room had an unpleasant odor. During check-in, despite there being only two clients ahead of us and two receptionists available, we had to endure an excessive 45-minute wait. This delay was frustrating and unnecessary, as it seemed like the hotel was not efficiently managing its staff or resources. Similarly, at check-out, we faced another 30-minute wait as there was no staff present at the front desk. We had to go searching for a staff member ourselves, but their cold and indifferent attitude further dampened our experience, and it took an additional 10 minutes before we were assisted. Upon entering our room, we were met with an unpleasant odor that resembled a damp sock. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail in the room was disappointing and didn't meet the standard one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the hallway carpets emitted a noticeable smoke smell, which further contributed to a less-than-pleasant atmosphere.

Very nice accomodations, swimming pool is great.

Booked a room for 3 but the room only had a queen size bed and a sofa turning in to a bed. They only provided bedsheets and towels for 2 upon arrival.

The hotel is in a beautiful area, and I always feel safe when I'm walking my dog around at night. Rooms are nice and comfy, and the staff members are always helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have stayed here a few times and have absolutely nothing to complain about!

Very quiet due to its out of the way (hard to find?) location tucked way behind a maze of parking lots. Clean and comfortable.

Price was exorbitant for the type and quality of the room. $700+ for a room is outrageous. This isn’t a high end resort.
