Beds uncomfortable. The Starbucks machine wasn't working. The hotel had a funny smell. We also had to use hotel stairs to get to our room and something made all of our eyes water ( not sure if it was related to smell). Service was good but hotel was in pretty bad condition

Clean, comfortable room, great location with a Pappadeaux next door.

First hotel that I have stayed at that does not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby for guests in the morning. Was told to go next door to the Homewood Suites to get coffee. Next time I’ll just stay at Homewood Suites.

Price and location. The staff were very nice.

The shower had flimsy curtains that did not prevent water from getting on the floor. The carpet needed cleaning. The room keys didn't always work.

Bed was comfortable, temperature well controlled.

Outside doors not working well with keycards. Drinking water station was broken. Lobby was filled with trash on tables and chairs. Asked for bedding for single pull out bed and was told that I had to wait for front desk relief to get it (could have put up a sign saying be right back). Halls were hot. Mildew smell behind headboard. Found a condom on the floor.

Johnnie at the front desk was the best! She helped us get what we needed and answered questions thoroughly. She was a joy!

That we thought we were getting breakfast included per what it said in the description when we purchased. But it was not included and we were a little miffed about the deceptiveness of the description
