Not good wasn’t much option. And it was a good location the bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The shower was slippery I fell because there’s no floor Matt’s

pretty much everything. Property was falling apart from the roof to the floor, water dripping on head while checking in. Room very dirty, food left in fridge, sheets were filthy.  I paid extra money, compared to other local hotels for the hot tub and pool, which were absolutely disgusting and hot tub was out of order and unusable.

The bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was good !
Had a hard time figuring out the tv and how to get the cable to work but I ended up figuring it out . Other than that no complaints

Property needs updating! There was a gap in the door (Room 121) that you could see light from the corridor. There was a leak in the hallway and you could smell the dampness.

The lobby was decent, hallways were dark, rooms smelled horrible, lamps were broke off and hanging by the wires. "King suite" was nothing more than adjoining rooms with bed in one room and couch in another. We left and did not stay. They refused to refund us...

The only thing I liked about the property was that it was close to the Pro Football Hall of Fame and other eateries.
The front desk people were rude as ever. There was a younger looking Indian guy who was very disrespectful. He accused me of pretending to be someone else when I was checking in and he just gave me an overall bad vibe. It was my anniversary weekend and it’s my boyfriend and I feel bad I took him to a low class dirty place. Not to mention the hotel room lock was broken when we got there. I immediately took a pic of it and showed it to the front desk people at checkout and he barely looked at it. He was utterly disgusting. I had to file a claim to get my 100 dollar deposit back because I didn’t see it as pending in my bank account. Front desk told me to be patient and I’ll get it back. I didn’t believe him for one second. That is not how you run a hotel. Maybe in his country, but not in America.

Literally nothing. The person at the front desk was nice and patient.
Everything. The rooms were disgusting. The bathroom was dirtier than any other hotel I have ever stayed in and that is a lot for baseball. The beds were dirty. Like legitimately stained. One bed had pretzel crumbs in it and the other bed had Christmas tree pine needles in it (faux). I felt yucky walking in the room without shoes and putting anything on the floor. The ceiling was chipped and the walls were dirty. The doors looked like they hadn't been wiped down in three years.

It was disgusting! We immediatley checked out! We arrive and it is packed! We learn that a lot of Canton was without power and everyone was at the hotel kids and dogs running a muck! We were there to relax for my adult daughters bday! Very Very poor quality and very very dirty! The man at front desk never even offered an apolgy let alone a refund! This needs to be made right! I have been a customer with booking for years with no issue and have stayed at many Wydhams I am just appauled! We ended up driving home late!

It was close to the mall.
The pool smelled gross, housekeeping never cleaned my room despite directly approaching them about it, and they waited until I was checking in to let me know that there’s a fee for pets when I had someone call ahead and she was told it was free. The room had blood splattered on the curtains, a full trash, and dirty towels when I first arrived. Despite claiming to be completely free of any smoking, it appeared someone had spilled dab oil in the elevators multiple times over my weekend stay. The breakfast was lacking and overall I will not be returning to this hotel. I’m currently awaiting the return of my $100 deposit on the room, and am fearful that they’ll lie about the state of the room to rob me of more money.

That it was close to the soccer showcase. that there was a pool. The suites were very comfortable. Laundry service. A good breakfast service. They were very accommodating with checking out.

Bed was comfortable and staff were pleasant
Dirty allergen ridden hotel with a lot of broken items. Dirt and mold and water damage on ceilings. Smelled like animals inside and I had bad allergies upon awakening. No hot tub and dirty pool. Mixed matched shampoo and conditioner. And bathtub felt like a nail file so I didn’t take a bath or use the hot tub or pool. The main reason I chose the hotel was for the hot tub. Breakfast was with no eggs. Mostly cold breakfast except hardened biscuits and gravy.
