breakfast was not as nice as the pictures online , We decided to eat somewhere else 😢 my room was a bit warm and did not cool down but not to bad I just like sleeping cold

The location was great for our event. Uber's found it easily and didn't have to wait long. Breakfast, a great choice of options. Mostly the staff were great except one incident.

Communication from the checkin team member to myself and other team members. The way another team member handled the situation was not professional at all but the general manager stepped in and resolved the issue thankfully, alot of work is needed on the team members personal skills here!

Hidden parking fees. Less than helpful front desk. Renovated main lobby and breakfast area but the rooms were really dated and didn’t look anything like the pictures

I was disappointed that our room was cleaned after we returned from our day. No trash bags in trash can. Housekeeping didn’t bother to come empty them, no beds made, breakfast very minimal only offered pork, no meat alternative, poor service from what I’m use to when I pay to stay at an establishment.

The location and the comfort of the rooms. Checking in ans out was seemless and staff were friendly and prompt.

The floor in my room had not been vacuumed. You can also tell that the carpet in the halls had not been vacuumed in some time. The same pistachio shell outside my door was there for the entirety of my trip.

Nice, clean, air-conditioned room. Fridge in the room so I could bring water bottles and keep them cool. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of parking.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and with the king sized bed, there was not much room to access the closet.

Breakfast lacks some essentials which are common in the other hotels which had spoiled the stay and my family requested not to book this hotel again

Well unfortunately the first room , I had the toilet wasn't working it didn't flush, I went downstairs to tell them, but they didn't have anyone to come fix because no one showed. So I tolerated it for the night. Got up that morning had to go to use it, so I went to remind them it wasn't working. So they said they would send someone. Ok so I went to wait and eat breakfast at 7 to give them time. When I finished eating I checked back to see if it had been fixed. Unfortunately, no. I went back to my room until that Saturday evening then I went back to ask about it again and they decided to give me another room.

The place was clean made us feel very comfortable highly recommended

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room size was great for the price. Breakfast was great.

Housekeeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the room before we checked in. Several pieces of candy were on the floor. A used travel tooth brush package was left on to of the ottoman. The soap holder in the bathroom shower was broken and an open bar of soap was left in the bathroom sink. Also, the entire sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The twin mattress for the trundle felt like springs and the top part of the sofa bed was very hard. There was also no pillows for the sofa bed, just one fitted sheet and a quilt.

Staff was confused about our stay and until we showed the confirmation number they were VERY insistent that we did not have a room there. Also there was the last guest hair all over the shower curtain
