We enjoyed the games in the courtyard. We also loved the couch/chair in the room. It was very cozy.

Room was nice and clean. Very spacioius. Staff super friendly. Close to everything. No problems with request for a later check out. Breakfast and Dinner menu items were fantastic considering not a regular full fledge restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend the French Toast with Strawberries and the Avocado Toast...both very well done in Bistro style. TV in the room is GIANT for a hotel. Rates for weeknight not bad either for the area.
Ended up in a smaller room than before for the King Room, and there was no microwave. Also refrigerature has no freezer. Closet this time in the room was smaller too. Last stay the room was much bigger. The hotel was not full when staying and I requested same size room as last time. So I'm not sure how I ended up with a smaller room without a microwave or balcony. Bathroom wasn't as nice in the smaller room either. Maybe just the luck of the draw on the room assignments though I ordered same size room both times. But the cleanliness of the room and interior design of the room over all still really nice.

I had gotten a "free breakfast" as part of my deal, but no one knew exactly what that meant. There was a lot of confusion around it. You may want to go over the procedures for free breakfasts with the people at the front desk as well as the people running the snack area.

He even guide us in which sites we should visit while in San Francisco.

The bed me and my kids slept on we could actually feel the spring on the mattress. My daughter cried and asked us to leave and not stay another night here. Swimming pool was dirty, bad smell, lots of debris in the pool. Food place takes forever to even take a order. Paid for the breakfast and only received one burrito when we ordered 3 and they told us it takes a while to cook more and have to wait and we were so disappointed even though we paid for it so we only shared from one burrito. Never again we will return. What a shame to pay for a hotel that is expensive and not get a service that u were expecting and a little girl can see that too as well. Things were out in room too. I am so glad we left right away and spent a very peaceful and pleasant night sleep at our own house.

The location is right across the street from the airport shuttle so it makes it easy to get to. There are also many places to eat and a grocery store within walking distance.

very clean room was good but not worth 400.00 for a night. nothing came free(breakfast or brunch) nobody helped with our luggage. husband is paralyzed beds couldn’t move for chair to be on good side for him.
everything was extra they over charge for the room.
