I liked that you put new carpet in.

Our room had the TV positioned to the right of the bed. You had to keep your head turned to see the television. My husband went down to get us drinks & was told there was only beer & wine..,they were out of ALL liquor! When I was asked if we had any special requests. Obviously no one here is actually looking at the request or they just didn’t do it. (An extra blanket and one pillow) was too much work for the your employees to do. The tv had 5 news channels & the Bonvoy ad. There was a guest barbecuing on the their “deck” outside their room. I assumed it was ok or surely you top notch employees would have put a stop to it. Spent 250 & ended up leaving because this place was awful! Will never be back.

The pullout couch was my sons favorite. He napped on the couch and slept on the pullout. Balcony was also nice.

Under the pullout couch was not clean at all. There was food, a spoon, and fake flower petals all under the bed when we pulled it out. That was gross.

The breakfast is good.

The restaurant staff didn't seem excited to be there. Perhaps they could be a little happier with their work if they interacted more positively with customers. The women at the hotel desk were extremely nice and helpful.

Very little sadly, if anything

We received an email a few days prior to our arrival advising that some remodeling was taking place in one wing of the hotel. We arrived to find that the swimming pool was not in use (one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel over others). Staff (in sharp contrast to another Marriott that we stayed in later in our trip) were very miserable, lacked knowledge and (with the exception of a manager that we saw on our last day) very unhelpful. Despite paying the "breakfast included" rate there was none available on our first morning (apparently there were no staff to cook or serve this) and the "breakfast" on the remaining days was very poor. Despite the manager giving us a discount following our complaint it now appears that they've charged us twice for a supplementary room that we booked for our son for one night! In fairness the remodeling that was referred to in the email was not intrusive.

Would Ike a breakfast option.

The inner courtyard, indoor pool, and room size was nice.

The bistro staff was very rude, the food at the bistro was nearly inedible, the cleanliness was poor. For example there were obvious pubic hairs on my bed and bath, the mini fridge had the previous guests beverages in it, and there were (hopefully) little kid boogers on the wall next to the bed!! My AC kept making this loud rattling noise and I’d have to shake it to make it stop. The outside balcony smelled like ammonia and I’m pretty sure it was from the AC not being maintained properly. The gym was small with no windows or obvious cameras, did not feel comfortable working out.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The TV did not work very well and was outdated. For the price we were charged, one would think that it would be more up to date.

Breakfast was a little slow because there wasn’t enough staff, but the staff they had were great.
