The price was too high compared to when I have stayed previously. Also, there were wedding parties that continued the celebrations into the rooms until 3:30 and the staff did not do anything to limit the noise.

The room and the hotel were clean. Selen was AWESOME and friendly!

I did not like that the A/C was not turned on in the room already, considering it was a fairly warm day, so when we walked it to the room it was warm and stuffy. I also did not like that the tub and the bathroom sink were stopped up, so not all of us could take a shower on the day we checked in, after driving nine hours to get there.

The staff were super nice, the rooms where clean and lovely. I wish there were more vegan options for breakfast, like fresh berries and plant milks or plant yogurts. I also think it would have been nice it there was cinnamon powder available for oatmeal. Other than that I really loved everything else.

I wish the ironing board had better padding. It was basically a thin padded fabric on top of an on-even metal which made the ironing very hard. I had to iron a dress for a wedding and it was super difficult.

The hotel staff were very kind.

The mini fridge was extremely loud. We had to turn it off in order to sleep. The AC unit was also loud and woke me several times in the night. The body soap in the shower had a very unpleasant smell. The sheet over the comforter had a hole in it. Some men were shouting in the hallway after midnight. It's a very long walk from the parking garage to the lobby. The room was very sloppily painted. The lobby was upscale, but the room (660) seemed like a 2-1/2 or 3 star hotel at best.

I loved the property. easy access to the interstate and DC, clean and spacious location, helpful staff. would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The decor was exceptional. Staff was kind and always smiling. By far the most comfortable hotel we've stayed in ever.

We really have don't have any complaints. Everything was exceptional.

Internet, room was cold and did not have a spare blanket. had to call for it.

I the room nothing else

The front desk didn't seem to listen. I want to pay in cash, and they agree let me pay at times check out but when I was checking out they told me, we changed the credit card. I told them no charge card and let me pay in pay cash. After waiting long time a my driver arrived and left

i am 35wk pregnant and asked for extra pillow. This large hotel with so many rooms don't even have one extra pillow.
