didn’t have the room available I decided to stay I was given a handicap room. I was tried from traveling you can imagine how frazzled I was when I went into the room. I was put into another room only to find out that the toilet wasn’t working properly. The next morning I went down to the lobby to get a cup of coffee and breakfast only to find out yes you guessed it wasn’t any. when they are advertising free breakfast!

The room needs cleaned and updated. The couch had a couple rips in it, the floor was stained in multiple places and extremely dirty, trash and cobwebs behind the nightstand, the refrigerator was loud and rattled when the compressor was running, there was something hanging from the underside of the microwave, the fitness facility had no clean towels and the sanitizing wipes couldn't be pulled from the dispenser, and the breakfast was extremely disappointing.

Location and parking were great

Heat did not work, room was a little dirty and dated, dirty footprints on bathroim floor and toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Replacement toilet seat wasnt even the right size for the tiny toilet. TV was too small for being so far from the bed

Upon arrival I was greeted by a member of staff cussing to the woman checking me in about how she isn’t going to clean. She’s tired and over it blah bah. Should of taken that as a sign. Once entering the room I left after 5mins of being there. Didn’t want to touch anything. Black mold surrounding air vents. Missing shower handles. Dead bugs and old spider webs that haven’t even attempted to be cleaned. Walls are dirty and cracking. HUGE stain next to the bed, on the couch and on bedding. Just don’t waste your time or money. They won’t refund your stay even though you’re most definitely entitled to your money. Dirty and unacceptable.

Keys didn’t work when I returned for the evening, several trips needed to front office to resolve

The location was good in a safe neighborhood. Room was well equipped, and room was a good size. Price was reasonable.

Some of the furnishings could be updated. The breakfast was very underwhelming.

The room was very clean and the front staff very nice. Everything went well with the booking it was as I had ordered.It was very pet friendly with treats at the check in desk.

BREAKFAST !!! Limiting portions, not a great selection. No milk.... I was on the second floor with a great deal of stuff and there is no elevator.

the location was great for what we needed...also we stayed in the two room suite which was great for everyone to have their own space...they also did let us check in and hr early which I appreciated.

the cleanliness was awful...not just in one area but the whole unit...the more I looked at things the worse it was. bed was not that comfortable which made it hard to sleep. when I checked out the front desk did not ask how are stay was at all and when I informed them that the unit was dirty he seemed largely unconcerned and said he would note it. my guess is that they rent rooms monthly because there were people spray painting cars in the parking lot...cars covered up that looked like they hadn't been moved in some time.

I've stayed here many times over the last few years. It's just a good place. It's simple, clean and comfortable. Staff is always pleasant and accommodating. It's a good value for the money.

I love that it’s spacious.

The cleanliness was terrible!! And I’ve stayed here more than once and I’ve never had an issue till this last stay. Sofa beds are disgusting and not cleaned that it had maggots on it. Garbage under it. Shower felt like it was cleaned with shampoo that I almost slipped because it was so slippery and the walls were slippery as well! I found ants and a few other bugs.

Considering value for the money. our stay was great. I was looking for exactly the sort of layout provided, a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms with some common space. The room was spacious and ther perfect layout. Each room had it's own TV as well and the room had a full kitchen with full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher.

Cleanliness! The couch was very stained, and I was uncomfortable sitting on it. There was some trash still on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. Light switches and walls had either dirt or stains that were apparent. The room was missing a remote control for one of the TVs. On our last day, we woke up to our common area being infested with ants, ruining some of our food. The room next door to us had it's lights on and door slightly ajar when we arrived. After 3 days I glanced through the window and the room had been somewhat trashed, dirty kitchen counters, lots of trash, and there was a TV still on. 3 days into our trip and no one had even closed the door fully so I notified the front desk and the issues was handled. It makes me wonder what sort of things were happening just next door to us since the room wasn't secured for several days. One bathroom doors wouldn't close without lifting the toilet seat.

THE FIREPLACE WAS LOVELY AND THE BED IN THE FIRST ROOM WAS COMFORTABLE

THERE WERE ROACHES IN THE FIRST ROOM , NO FIREPLACE IN THE SECOND ROOM AND NO HEAT IN THE 3RD ROOM AND AFTER THAT WE DIDNT WANNA MOVE ANYMORE I MEAN 3 ROOMS AND IT WAS VALENTINES DAY THAT GOT RUINED

The room was very nice and mostly quiet. It was on the bottom floor so it was easy to bring things in from the car. I also appreciate the fact that breakfast was 4 hours long even though I didn't make it

The fact that the toilet in my room was running ALL night making noise and by the time I woke up in the morning it wouldn't even flush. Also, the temperature wouldn't go above a certain point so it was freezing for majority of the evening.

The suite was very large, more like an apartment with a full kitchen. We were able to walk to a very charming district with many interesting restaurants and bars. It was easy to get to from the freeway.

The bathroom showed it's age. We could not use the fireplace which would have made it really cozy!
