the property was beautiful. the courtyard was well kept and the seating was cute. every area was clean and welcoming from our room to the lobby seating, outdoor seating, fitness center, the cafe. it was wonderful. and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I also enjoyed being able to include my breakfast and choose what I wanted

I wish my balcony had seating. I seen several of the lower level patios had chairs. and I really wish my balcony had them and maybe a small table. would have made a nice spot for morning coffee.

everything was great but the hotel guests were horrible.

guests are noisy , no manners, in the pool and in the corridors. Otherwise , the hotel was amazing.

very high chlorine content of pool and hot tub burned your eyes The shower was great but water did not drain well, left you standing in water afraid it would over flow

the chlorine was so strong that both my kids threw up and 1 had to be taken to the hospital for asthma after less then an hour in the pool area
