The property was very clean and well maintained. Great location, too!
The king room with pullout has a TWIN sized pullout, not a full or double. That wasn’t clear when I made my reservation.

stylish and immaculately clean rooms; the small sofa in the room was very comfortable. There were excellent restaurants within walking distance, and a nice cafe and Japanese grocery store as well.
We did not request a wake-up call but an automated call jolted us out of bed at 6:15am on Saturday. We left the hotel utterly exhausted. We had been so looking forward to sleep. We complained at the front desk and the staff said they would tell the hotel engineer and make sure it was fixed by the next day...though we were only there for one night. We wish there were drinking cups in the room. There were two full urns of water in the lobby but they seemed to be decorative...there were no cups there, either.

Not very clean. Missing pieces of coffee maker. Dirty coffee lids. Stains in bathtub. Stains on sheets.
Having to park several blocks away in a parking garage!!!!
Unhelpful staff at checkin when I asked about parking. It’s like I was bothering them telling me it’s a separate company and go work it out with them.
Check out staff member was super nice and helpful in the morning and even got me coffee because the Starbucks staff member was late to work.

The front desk staff seemed aloof and apathetic except for the young the lady who checked us out on the morning of the 13th. SHE was friendly and polite.

while the hotel and its interior is a bit outdated, the rooms are still clean and cosy.
My room didn’t had a nice view as I watched in the backyard next to the neighbour building, anyway a nice and comfortable place for sleep.

No liquid soap in shower dispenser, no door to shower, glass wall just a little too short, water came out on bathroom floor. It was not a city view as requested and the whole first night it smelled of fish/restaurant downstairs, i think coming in through AC

Restaurant manager was fabulous, very friendly staff everywhere and overall easy experience.
Room right outside the elevators was quite loud and hard to sleep. Kids were knocking and then getting in the elevator. It kept me and my child up all night but wasn’t the hotels fault.

The hot tub and pool were fabulous!

I was curious that nobody came in to make the beds and change the sheets.
We had a king bed in a corner room which was smaller in size and didn't
line up with watching the TV very well. I expected better for the price.

Good location, pretty lobby, nice sized room
The mattress had stains on it which I only noticed once we were getting ready to leave, the bathroom had no shampoo, just conditioner and body wash. There was no lotion or anything, which is usually expected in a hotel.
