Very clean, comfortable and affordable.

We loved that the pool room and water temperature was very adequate for the family. Breakfast was very pleasant. We loved that the room tv had YouTube feature and the staff was attentive.

The water pressure of the bathroom shower was lower than expected, one small garbage can for an entire room was a bit inconvenient, & the left closet door opened just enough as the bed was refraining the closet door from opening fully. We had a difficult time with the room temperature as the cool function at 67 degrees took up to before checking out for the room to cool down.

I was greeted by friendly staff who was later happy to assist with providing additional bedding. The room we were given was a king suite and I liked the layout. The beds were very comfortable. You could tell things have been recently renovated and I felt it was tasteful. While the shower was narrow, I appreciated the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The water pressure and temperature was fantastic. My room was very clean and I greatly appreciated the extra pillows. I wanted to remark specifically on the breakfast provided. They have a woman preparing the breakfast daily and she made omelettes this morning that were delicious. She said that she makes something different everyday, she even cuts the salad fresh. This was so much better than the standard waffle maker most hotels provide you. The pool looked clean, even if it was a little overchlorinated smelling. We did not go in it however. The workout facilities look nice as well. Overall the hotel looked very clean and modern. The staff were super friendly. This stay was wonderful and relaxing.

I didn't have any negative experience. I would happily return!

reception personnel are very helpful and friendly (Latonya and another woman working there for 16 yrs) - location was good for my needs, with restaurants close by - set off road enough to be fairly quiet - several food options at breakfast

I thought renovations would be finished but were not: room and hallway need replacement: I kicked a 1" chunk of grout in bathroom - door key card reader worked only half of time - window not well sealed against cold, and heating unit was old, but did work ok - pool not working, but not big issue - one morning at breakfast: I tried 3 small milk carton containers and all were spoiled and I had sour milk (I told kitchen worker) - I arrived back late in evening and baked cookies were all gone, again not big issue

elevators broken, rude front desk, incredibly dirty hotel, literally gross and terrible.

Staff was nice but we had to ask during our week stay for everything- kleenex, t.p., towels, soap, shampoo, garbage bags and most of those items weren't in room to start.

Moldy shower curtain and disgustingly dirty carpet.

room stunk like smoke rug was filthy dirty and bald spots couch cushions full of stains opened the couch to put the sheets on the pull out and the mattress was disgusting full of stains and had particles on it !!!!!! there was no in hell that I was going to let my 2 grandchildren sleep in that filth…. we had to leave!!
