The ice machine on our level was broken,the exhaust fan in our bathroom didn’t work.

no housekeeping services on Sunday unless requested, but no one told us - bathroom need maintenance - too little bedding on the bed so sleepers were left uncomfortable and cold and extra blankets were not in room - one free bottle of water when you have two guests is lame - the cost of the buffet breakfast on its own was expense

the catalytic converter was stolen from my rental car. Hotel does not have security cameras so park at your own risk.

I loved the staff, the cleanliness and the breakfast!

We stayed in Room 822 and the only complaint that I have is that I didn't get any sleep because of the noise from the cars.

Our room was facing the highway and the noise was very noticable.
