Close to Redrocks venue

It was old, we had to ask to refill toiletries, towels, I stayed at a Marriott in Sacramento completely different experience

Decor was very nice.

I thought that all Courtyards had free breakfast. Pool in different hotel.

Clean. Michael on the front desk was a delight. Nice cookies.

Expensive, booking.com said there were shuttles to Red Rocks…there weren’t. For the money I would have expected breakfast to be included instead it was an over priced Starbucks.

Room was very small, no kuerig coffee machine, shower was very small, tv channels very limited. Location was fine

The property is in a great location near restaurants and a target! The staff was also wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised by this!

I felt like the property could’ve been cleaner. In general the entire hotel needs to be updated.

Staff were great

Size of the room for three adults. It was tiny, could barely maneuver and we’re not big people. The toilet was not sealed or leveled so it made a huge bang when you stood up not great for the others who are sleeping.

During our stay, there was plenty of parking. We loved the cookies in the lobby. The staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Our room had a little balcony that we enjoyed very much.

Smallest TV ever!

Room was clean and comfortable.

They doubled the ptice for the first night. They provided zero services for our entire stay, if we needed something like clean towels to mop the floor because shower leaked, we had to go find house keeping because they never came to our room. The hotel provided bare minimum services despite increased price.

I liked the fitness center

where to begin. first of all the room that I ordered and wanted was given away and they gave me a double room. told me that it was curtesy by adjusting to the rate I paid but I know full well it wasn’t because you gave my room away. I looked at the rates and instead of saving me money it cost me money. the front desk was never helpful, I asked for extra towels and they said to call back in the morning and I did no one ever came with the extra towels. when I asked to talk to the manager about my experience I was brushed off and told nothing. the bar/food area was never open, strange hours. I tried to order food and was told that they stopped serving food but it was within the time they told me to get breakfast. overall this was the worst experience at a hotel I have ever stayed in. do better for customers.

had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. hotel employees were so kind and friendly. room was great. pool was nice. quiet and comfortable stay. even got to see a Easter horse parade from the balcony of our room.

NO COFFEE UNTIL 6AM. this is why I will not stay here ever again. what type of hotel does not have coffee until 630am. just bad business. the in room coffee is horrid, no half/half and the sub par Starbucks doesn’t open into. 630
