There was a mix-up with my reservation. I made it on line. My name is Mary Jo Charleston. (Mary Jo is my first name) However, when we arrived, my reservation could not be found. It turned out that my last name was recorded as Jo Charleston. The error was finally identified and corrected. Staff were very diligent in locating the error and always very accommodating and friendly.

There was no microwave in the room. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. I could keep my food cold but unable to warm it later. For the cost of the room, there should have been a microwave.

The bed was amazing. One of the best mattresses I have slept on in a long time for a hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazing. This was the best stay at a hotel out of many in a very long time.

The pool tiling could be cleaned, although the pool areas and water were clean and temperature was okay. I am a bit special about pools.
