The location was great. The property was very clean. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly

The only thing is there was an terrible smell on my floor which was the 3rd floor. It smelled like water had leaked and the carpet got wet and was in the process of drying but once I got closer to my room and inside the room it didn’t smell.

I stayed at Drury Inn instead of Springhill Suite because Springhill is on renovation and they were not ready for my room. However, they didn't provide the same room with other inn. We were 5 in family and I booked for two queen beds with sofa bed but they provide a king bed with a sofa bed only. I liked Drury staffs and facilities not Springhill Suite. I recommand Drury Inn and hotel.

Manager was irresponsible and lack of communication with customers. I booked the hotel in December and they have never informed me that they are in renovation in their hotel and didn't finish the job. Just sent me the other hotel with different accommodation.
