we greatly enjoyed the pool and spa. All interactions with staff were extremely pleasant, our room was very clean and comfortable.

I was assigned a handicap room. No carpet, no shampoo, towels on bathroom floor. This wasn't a big deal, but hen I discovered that the counter workers allow homeless people to use the microwave to dry their socks and underwear. This makes the microwave unusable for tenants who actually PAID 6

I would have liked to use the microwave, but management gives permission to use CUSTOMER PAID wrbsite to the homeless

The staff was very polite, kind, and friendly. Easy access to the freeway.

The floor was dirty. The refrigerator did not cool adequately. More pillows would have been more comfortable.

Everything. I worked all day and was ready to relax. That didn't happen . Btt the workers were finished going their job, some tweakers rented out the room. UP ALL DAMN NIGHT ON A THURSDAY!

I don't like being told I have to allow them to come In by 1230 to clean my room or I'm getting kicked at at 1230 ...after I went in office and paid cash and wasn't told anything at 11am. I don't like not getting receipts. I want a receipt showing I paid with the dollar amounts and at the time I pay not later. I had a receipt was told I paid for 6days and then was told they weren't sure how much i paid but it was for 5 days

The motel needs proper up keep. Not a decent place. Very unhealthy environment. Rooms smell of smoke and smoking bins placed right behind windows outside. I got sick during my stay due too much smoking in the environment. They need to think of the health of their clients. My room was not clean for the whole time. I had to ask for towels because there were not enough towels. Motel grounds had leaves everywhere. I will never go to that again.
