It was a nice clean property that suited our needs.

The pool was inoperable when we were there. Not a dislike, but they were in process of redoing the rooms.

We arrived a little late for check in due to unforeseen matters. When got there we were told that our reservation had been cancelled. We thought this was crazy since we were set to check in on Thursday and we arrived on Thursday only to be told our reservations had been cancelled. After a little back and forth, the night clerk was able to get us back into our reservation without any further delay. I didn’t get her name, she was an African American lady (I hate describing her that way) but she was amazing!!! Fairfield certainly has a jewel in this employee.

It was old!!! We got our keys and went to our rooms. As we approached our room, you could IMMEDIATELY smell cigarette smoke. I have asthma and sever allergies and the smoke really kicked it into gear. There was no hiding it at all. I immediately called the front desk to let them know. I can tell you that nothing was done because you could still small it and it happened again the next day - Friday. The rooms are very very old. The window in my room leaked, thankful we didn’t have a torrential downpour. The towels left for us, a couple were dirty. The bedding in one of the beds was written on with a pen. We just took it off of the bed. Not to mention the beds were so hard and stiff.

Breakfast was great. Location was good. Building was clean.

We stayed nearly a month. What's not to like?

Breakfast was horrible, bed very uncomfortable, area was very sketchy. Went to Ruby Tuesday and actually was nervous. P.s. food was absolutely disgusting, but not hotel's fault. A different guest contaminated the flavored water station. I told front desk and she just smirked.

The breakfast was fine, but would’ve been nicer if there had been some bacon or sausage.

They need more help, as does everyone else these days. I tried to call from the airport to get a ride to the hotel and the poor Herried desk employee could not answer the phone, wait on people and do it all at the same time. The phone rang and rang and rang, and when he finally answered, he was unable to help me because he had people at the desk. This is unacceptable. Once we finally did get through, he provided excellent service, but the poor man was simply not able to take care of all the demands on his time and efforts. Secondly, there is no restaurant in the hotel. We had no car. There was no restaurant to walk to unless we went to one of the neighboring hotels. It was rainy and cold, so that wasn’t an attractive option. We ended up eating frozen lasagna from the Fairfield Inn Freezer marketplace.

Comfortable, the room was close to the outside door, and it was near the airport

Nice hotel, clean, convenient. Friendly professional front desk staff. Cookies on the front desk!

Only Decaf coffee in the morning before we left at 5am. REALLY needed caf. Man vacuuming the hall outside our room at 6pm was very smelly. Was weird that he was there at that time also.
