They would not accomodate my 17 yo cat during evacuating for the hurricane and they say they are pet friendly!

Clean and comfortable

Only thing they need to upgrade rooms to have usb ports. There was two on the alarm clock but they didn’t work

How clean and how nice the staff was

The pool was a little bit dirty

We had no maid service unless we asked we emptied our own trash to the hall called for towels. N wasn’t till the last day I got a bar of soap (that body wash is great just not o. Your face)

Breakfast was not what I expected. At least add some gravy and biscuits.

Breakfast was okay. The location was perfect

Nothing

We arrived with six other members of the wedding party. We had plans to get together all weekend. They were on the 3rd floor. The elevator was out of order and I am unable to climb stairs. We met in the pool area and were made to leave at 9:30p. At that point the manager told us we would get a discount on the room for the inconvenience, at check out. We checked out and no discount was given. I understand mechanical things break but it ruined our plans more that a little. Thanks for listening. Mary
