had construction going on- parking lot was a little hard to navigate due to construction things in parking lot

The bed was awesome

The shower curtain wasn't long enough water kelp coming out on the floor, and the pressure washing noise outside our window was not good

I confirmed my room with the property front desk at 2pm on the day of check in and told them I would be arriving late. I offered to prepay my room. When I arrived at 8:40pm my room had been sold to someone else. I was then sent to the NASTIEST hotel (dirty socks were in the elevator, the room smelled of BO) in the city 17 miles away from the cancer clinic where I had an appointment the next morning. This hotel was virtually across the street from the cancer clinic. This was a horrific experience on top of the fact that I had just been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer!!!!!!!

EVERYTHING!!!!! See the notes I wrote above! When someone calls the property to confirm a room and advise of a late arrival apparently it is VERY IMPORTANT SO DON’T GIVE AWAY THEIR ROOM!

The location was ok and safe. The staff was friendly.

The king size room was supposed to have a sofa bed abs didn’t. I was expecting breakfast to be included with the reservation, so the fact that it wasn’t was disappointing.

Hallway carpets need cleaning/replacing.

The staff went way above their responsibility for making our stay a great time!

close to restaurants and shopping. great area to stay

bathtub had mold. the hallway is extremely warm also our air conditioner didn’t cool well, eventually it worked but we’re thankful the weather was cool outside.
