Fixtures broken and plumbing was stuck

The room was very clean. The room was very small. And only had the bare minimum. I was disappointed with no refrigerator and no coffee pot. But I’m not very savvy with hotels/motels. I haven’t stayed out many times. The maid service was excellent. Couldn’t ask for better. But the walk way outside my door is made from cement and tiles. So the mop buckets on wheels make a tremendous about of noise banging alone. The noise is so extremely loud that I could not sleep While they work. And when I did doze off…. Bang. Bang. Bang. Bang!!! The mop bucket rolls by the front door. The next topic was the worst. I had a neighbor next door that I shared a room2room address door with. So my neighbor had him, his lady and a small dog. The dog was being a un-trained dog and barking aggressively non stop. If I made the slightest movement the dog would go off not stop. And the worst part was the owner screaming at the dog to stop. I called the front desk a total of 6 times for this matter. 4 of the times I was told That they were going to look into it and ask him to stop. 1 time I was told I myself, could move to another room but 2 story floor only. And the 6 time I was told that I should just check out leave. Now the icing on the cake here is that I booked a handicap room for 7 days with the option for about 7 days if I needed. So for your front desk attendant to offer for me to change to a second story room, or to tell me thatI should leave is any far the worst thing has ever don’t to me being handicapped. I was 2 days out of major surgery on my leg so I could hardly even walk with crutches, let alone carry all my bags and stuff. I was deeply offended by the fact she said that. The staff overall were pretty pleasant. Not offensive unless I asked for something/anything. Then they Had an attitude. My room Was a handicap room but only had a bath tub so extremely hard to get in and out. And the shower seat was broken and falling off the wall. VERY DANGEROUS!!

*Front seat attendants. *Trash truck picking up dumpster that’s outside my window everyday at 7-8am. Scared me everytime it was soooo loud. *handicapped room only had bathtub not a walk in shower. And the fold down shower seat was broken and falling off the shower wall. Extremely DANGEROUS!!! *the room was severely disappointing!! *My room was NOT hardly a handicapped room!!' Requested a walk in shower, ground level room, as quiet as possible.

The shower water leaves your hair and body like you just got out the swimming pool feels like it has chlorine

Location was nice

The air conditioning did NOT WORK. It felt better outside than it did inside. I woke up drenched in sweat around 1 am but had to deal with it because we had to be up early for Disneyland the following day.

Perfect place to visist Disneyland, Anaheim, best price.

at check out i brought to there attention that there was roaches and didnt want the following guest to run to issue suggest to them to clean. The manager was rude and called me a liar, she also continued saying that i took the video from another hotel as if watching roaches is my favorite past time . I showed her the video and took her back to the room she argued that i should have aaid something rambled on ! Crappy attitude bad manager TEA OR ETA ... worst hotel experience

Not much. The room was like a shoe box. The beds were hard, not comfortable. The room faces the bustling street of Kattela Ave.

I will not stop again at this hotel, better to sleep in the car.

hot in the room. instead of cold air, heat comes out of the unit.we ended up buying electric fan. reported it twice but maintenance only came once and was not able to fix it. we were sleeping with the door and windows wide open

Value over other places near the Anaheim Convention Center event we attended. Clean and looked as advertised.

Had to wait for coffee each time I went to the office... but no big deal... though the staff was busy, they were very friendly and helpful.

Rhe staff was nice day time and night time the room was clean and the area around the hotel wasn't bad has shopping down the street beach 15 min away and if ur looking for a great affordable breakfast Paul's place

There is very bad smell in room coming from the air conditioner I asked to change the room but no reply I kept the door open to change the smell used many bottles of air fragrance but the bad smell wins always Very bad experience

the fact I was woke up at 2 am by a drunk woman picking in front of my door half naked yelling at Uber driver then waking up kids and starting argument with my daughter in the next room

check in was quick. the room was very clean.

my rooms were hot and brought it up to staff and was told i was able to move and get a 10% refund. next day, was told i could not move and maintenance would be stopping by. problem was not fixed and still didn't receive anything from hotel.

Only thing that comes to mind is the parking but come on. so I had to walk an extra 30 steps because the spot in front of my room was ADA. Feel scummy even mentioning it but that’s how good my stay was. Had a lot on my plate with an injured pet and work meeting. Thanks you M6

They only had coffee

We stayed in room 163 the door had been kicked in at one time so it didn’t close all the way. We had to use the security lock to keep the door shut/ locked. The room was extremely small and the beds were tiny definitely not big enough for two people. There was a sticker on the door that said for extra protection to use the security lock. The people there were sketchy and if it wasn’t for my boyfriend being there I would’ve not been comfortable staying here. We booked the room the week of going to Disney and this was the only place that was available. I wouldn’t stay here again. The ground at disneyland is way cleaner than this place.
