I liked the location it was close to where we needed to be.
The front desk was somewhat rude when I tried to ask for late check out. Due to use having a tournament I needed a late check out he said no that’s only for club members… I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on the phone to ask for extra blankets. I asked for 2 double beds I received a king so my daughter had to slee on the couch with only a sheet. Super disappointed!!

It was beautiful, clean, and great staff.
The pool area is gorgeous and lots of seating
The parking isn’t great.
Also felt like there was more thought put into the lounge and pizzazz of the place than the rooms.
You can hear every single noise from other rooms and the hallways. Not muffled what so ever. Also no microwave? Odd.

The $25 per-person surprise charge of the buffet. Nothing was posted and staff didn't make us aware we had to pay for breakfast. Plus the cost was extreme for a simple buffet.

We booked the room and were advised that of the first night rate. When we saw the bill, subsequent nights were significantly more expensive and we felt misled. The documents did reveal the different rates but were misleading and poorly disclosed.

Staff at check in was extremely welcoming and helpful. Even for being on the later side of the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and clean.
The hotel is beautiful and easy to access from the freeway, the only thing that was frustrating was how thin the door or walls seemed. You could hear everything going on in the hallway and lobby outside.

They charged my card twice after I told staff I had already paid online. I have now been waiting two days to get the situation handled, and still have not heard back from anyone regarding my concern.

Friendly staff during breakfast this morning. Didn't get her name, she maybe in her 50s, she really looked after us well.
Grumpy guy at the reception last night, no smile, lacked customer service skill.
Hope our nationality didn't have anything to do with it.
Expected your swimming pool to be operative, I had put request earlier in the week for our room to be close to pool.
No one came back to advise.. very disappointed especially as my two daughters were really looking forward to going in the pool
