Woke up in Morning, BUGS on walls, ceiling, floor… Refund is warranted.

The location was very convenient to highway access. The rooms looked to be freshly remodeled and nicely decorated.

If the management had paid closer attention to the parking lot noise levels from boisterous tenants (I'm assuming long term renters). They were intoxicated and revving their loud truck engine, as they were working on it well past midnight. Yes, I am at fault for not saying anything at the time, but I was just thankful to have a place to stay. I didn't want to ruffle feathers and if that was the worst I had to deal with, that was ok.

The worse experience room Bed bugs in sheets could not breathe from cigarette residue in air I had to breathe on my pillow to get clean air.

Nothing went well, it was the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE,,,,, my wife and I have ever have while traveling to the area. It was my wife birthday so we plan the trip from were we live in Santa Clarita to Paso Robles. My wife birthday was on Saturday June 29th so we book the room for Friday June 28th to spend the night there and stay till Saturday. The advertising said the rooms have Air Conditioning and that it was pet friendly. My wife is 5 months pregnant and our dog is a chihuahua puppy. After driving for 4 hours to get there 205 miles, we arrived, check in, got the room key and went up stairs. As soon as we walk in we felt the heat, it was around. 4:45 and we were exhausted. the air conditioning was not working, I went downstairs and explain that the room was extremely hot and my wife and our puppy can not be in such uncontfortable conditions. I ask to please put us in a room that have a working A. C. and the clerk said it can not be done since the air condition on the whole motel was out and that they were going to TRY,,, to get some one to fix it. We waited for 40 minutes in the car cause the room was to hot to be inside. My wife started to fell bad so I ask to speak to the manager, the clerk said she was not available. After I insisted, she finally came to the office and she dint like that I was complaining about the disappointed condition we were put thru and treat us like garbage, I ask for her name and she REFUSE,,, to give us her name . At that point I told her that we dint paid 120.00 to be in a room with out air conditioning we a pregnant wife and a 4 month old puppy she was EXTREMELY RUDE and unfriendly, I told her we can not stay under such bad conditions and that I want my credit card to be credited back since the advertising was false and the way we were treat it was unacceptable. She replay, I already credit your card and I I want you to get out of here. I ask her for proof that she credit back our card for the 120

I dint like the fact that the room they advertise as a conmfortable A.C. room was not true, and that when I ask to please put us in a room with A.C. Since my wife is pregnant and our puppy is 4 months old and the room was extremely uncounfortble, they got upset and treat us like garbage. Also the manager, instead of been understanding of the situation and try to help with a solution, she just treat us real bad and was very nasty. We can believe the company ( motel 6 ) employed such an unprofessional person to manage that place. We will post our horrible experience in all the media we used to warn people about this motel 6 in Atascadero california. This place and the manager are a UGLY NIGHMARE. In a scale from 1 to 10 we give them a - 0. I also reported the incident to my credit card bank , and they told me that they will make sure that they credit back the 120.00 dollars motel 6 charge for a room we dint used or spend any time on it because the unacceptable horrible condition and the nasty way my pregnant wife, our puppy and I were treated by this so call manager.

I called to confirm in the morning my reservation, check in and they said no reservation on file, then told it was canceleb by bpoking.com and hotel manager. Had to drive home for over 4 hours in the dark at night. Bad hotel and booking ,com. It was our kid graduation thanks for screwing it up for alk of us.

Nothing worst experience of out life

The beds seemed relatively clean. Everything also appeared to be fully stocked, including toilet paper, towels, soap, etc.

The first thing we saw when we walked in was a cockroach on the ground. After we squashed it, we entered the bathroom and found another even bigger cockroach there. The next day we found three more cockroaches.

Dirty, people smoking weed outside, lots of bums, web sites says heated pool & pool is not available. Light in bathroom doesn't work showered in dark. Gap in front door framing clearly see inside room from outside or inside to outside.
