Horrible and unhelpful night audit (Darren) and reception staff who argued that we didn’t have a booking despite showing her a booking confirmation for two rooms.

I am slightly disappointed by the night audit’s (Darren) crass attitude when woke up at 2:00am to go downstairs to tell him about the noisy aircon. Whilst he offered to move us, he showed no empathy and he was just not nice about the way he communicated. I also booked Saturday night/(1 night/2 rooms), which they told me could not be found in your system on arrival despite showing the person at the front desk my email confirmation of my booking. This lady was totally unhelpful and this was the same person that checked us in the night before who I had informed the night before that I wanted to book a second night. She specifically advised me to get back on booking.com to do the booking, which I did. But she became unhelpful when we turned up on Saturday night with our email confirming our booking. She later explained that my first and last name were transposed hence why she couldn’t find our booking. Personally, I can’t see how that would have happened because I used my captured session on my computer to complete the Saturday booking. She wouldn’t give us Booking.com’s number to call us so we could resolve the issue directly with them. She enjoyed it as we walked away from her not knowing if we were going to get a room for our boys. Horrible mean service I’d say.

I had to change rooms 3 times and my room went from 370 something to 410 .

Comfortable bed, fair shower.

price is too high but it’s part of the group of Hotels at the area, waiting for road travelers. No room service (food) as mentioned. You have to order outside.

I only stay at this hotel when in the area. The staff are friendly and have great leadership. I am always treated well and because I come so much they know my name and save my favorite room for me when I book. Beautiful sitting area with fire place to visit with friends and family. My staff will come to the hotel and work with me in the area with the fire place.

We were most pleased. Very easy access, the staff was wonderful and our room really was very comfortable and clean.

Clean rooms. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. Pleasant stay. Quiet. Absolutely loved the shower. Great pressure.

The remote control did not have a back so the batteries were held together with tape. But front desk fixed that concern and it really took nothing from my stay

Leah and Laurna(Manager) are amazing. They are always so kind and friendly when I stay at the hotel. I travel for work and will not stay in any other place when I am in Chester VA

Employees were so nice and the hotel was clean!

The beds were so so. Had a king bed - 4 small pillows (2 feather which we are allergic to).

Request a room on the backside as the sports and grill bar plays music loud and late Saturday nite

The staff was extremely helpful after a long drive. Leah was extremely helpful and Kerith was very cheerful when checking out.

The atmosphere, the staff, the room, and more were impeccable :)

The pool was definitely smaller than I was expecting. It was only big enough for maybe three people at most, and it had people in it each time we tried to go down to swim.
