BREAKFAST WASNT THAT GOOD ANYMORE BUT I UNDERSTAND WHY

I really enjoyed the bed it was very comfortable.

I did not like the foul odor of maybe a dog or cat had stayed in the room. The shower/ tub wasn't clean and the shower curtain had very visible stains. The refrigerator was not that clean either.

The place was very dirty. I was shocked and sadly couldn't stay. It was dark and gloomy as well. Sadly, I did not enjoy staying at this particular hotel - I have stayed at plenty of Residence Inn and never a problem but this one was sadly not good at all

Decent location, small property. The manager was sorry when I explained why I was so disappointed.

Loud guests, the weed smell seeping into everything, there was no iron just an ironing board. No hairdryer. I actually had paid for another cheaper hotel first, but decided on this one as an upgrade so I could avoid obnoxious guests. Not only did I get obnoxious neighbors, but a huge party of guys in the courtyard decided to body slam my door at 1am, it was in the early hours before my mother’s funeral Saturday morning. I have ptsd, so I barely slept after that.

just need to be more handicapped accessible, had a hard time getting into the room with the small ramp provided

The staff was AMAZING. Every single staff member we encountered deserves a huge raise. The only reason for the fair review was the property itself. Our first room we had to be moved out of because the door lock did not work. The second room that we were moved into the heat went out several times during our stay. And it was in the middle of a snowstorm. Again, the staff was amazing they did everything they could to fix every issue that we had but I honestly feel really bad for them because they must work so hard trying to keep their guest happy because that hotel is in serious need of an update. I honestly cannot believe the sign out front says Residence Inn and not Super 8

Pool was not working . And was told that it was getting fixed on Saturday around noon, but it never happen. But storm took place . Which cause flooding to the property.

The unit was clean and comfortable! I was able to store my food and warm it up. The fact that I could just relax meant so much to me.

The receptionist at the desk wasn’t as friendly as some other places I stayed. I asked for help operating my tv because I had never experienced this set before. I was referred to wifi set up. They were unable to help. Finally I figured out what to do on my own.

Very comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Kitchen was a great addition that allowed for cooking and not eating out all the time.

There were ants in our room. We did let them know and they came and sprayed, but there were ants afterward.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and understanding that not all residents of the state were there to party or tear the property up by charging a steep deposit of $300 for locals. I loved the size of the tub for a much needed bubble bath and detachable shower head. The peace and quiet and cleanliness was definitely on point making it feel like home.

One of the most important things to me when I stay is the size and comfort of the bed. I have to say the bed was the most uncomfortable so that I wasn't able to sleep at all. The size of the beds advertised are completly off meaning I booked a queen and it was a double. To be fair the pillows were feather and super comfy but that's it! If you want to have ice maybe call ahead and request the ice maker be turned on prior to arrival as it takes forever for very little ice.
