Furnishings need to be updated. Need more storage.

The location was convenient and it was nicely roomy. Had it been modern with different curtains (the ones on the front of the room are bunched up and give it a trailer park look), it would have been better.

The furniture is dated and looked 'yucky' (quote from husband). That bear in the lobby gives the place a cheesy look. The coffee machine was not cleaned by the maid when she cleaned the room. The whole place could use a bit of a face lift.

Staff was rude. Barbecues did not work. Many guests were upset about this. When you pay such a high price for a resort you expect everything to be in working order. These staff could care less

It was an amazing day. From moment we walked in with the staff then to the room which was wonderful equipped exceeded my expectations!

The location was near my sisters house.

The staff accused my “husband”of harassing the front desk clerk over the shared bbq. I had called and asked the bbq to be lit and after an hour and 15 minutes, it had not been lit, I called again. The staff person, trevor, said he was uncomfortable talking to me and that my “husband” had been harassing him about getting the bbq. I was very confused because I was only traveling with my 2 children. So I went to speak with him in person to clarify. It only got worse. Trevor was rude, unwilling to speak to me and dismissive - in front of other guests in the lobby! It was SO embarrassing! I have NO IDEA why he blamed me as this was a SHARED bbq and he said there were 6 other people who had been calling for bbqs to be lit. The next morning I spoke with Raymond the supervisor to at least clear my name, and he was basically like “sorry”. Oh and our toilet exploded water all over the floor with every flush! Disgusting!!!! You would think housekeeping would have caught that BEFORE releasing the room for check in and claiming the room was sanitized.

Spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms, complete in appliances (everything in the kitchen is brand new). Excellent, heated pools and common spaces in the hotel. Great location, walking distance to the beach (just across the road). And Karley at the front desk deserves congratulations for the outstanding customer service and friendliness with which she received us.

Everything was great, EXCEPT the bed. Both my partner and I were in pain from the terrible mattress. It’s unfortunate because of that we will not return there.
