Excellent breakfast. Location was an easy find

The smell of the room and unclean broken bathroom. The toilet tank lid was prior broken and glued back together. There wasn't a stopper for sink. A dirty dark ring in bathtub and a black ring in the toilet. The HOTEL smelled and looked fabulous, I felt good walking into hotel. All changed when we arrive to our room. The smell. We found clothes left in the night stand drawer between beds. They were left by prior guest. The room had an strong odor very undesirable. The night desk manager Mr. Q, sprayed our room twice. Thank you. However, the odor remained. The AC unit sound like an airplane engine reviving up for take off allnight. Thr smell in the room was mixture of mold, musky, dirty. I didnt sleep. We had previously requested late check out, but I couldn't wait until the following morning to check out. The manager on Saturday morning was very helpful and nice, she was very thoughtful interested in my concerns. Thank you . I think had we not rushed in and out after check in, we could have possibly requested a cleaner better smelling room. I really thought the smell was because the AC wasnt running. I was wrong. The ice machine on 1st and 3rd floor didnt work. Lesson learned.

Check in was easy & paperless which was a plus & Faith was welcoming & friendly; made sure our grands arrival was smooth & the complimentary juice and cookies for the guests was a plus!

breakfast was too early and rooms weren’t freshened up everyday we needed towels and toilet paper and we needed to keep asking

Breakfast was wonderful, especially the cheesy omelets and the kitchen staff.

Cleaning was poor. Broken hair dryer. Fitness Center was dirty and tvs didn't work. No clean towels unless asked for themselves it was more expensive than other hotels in area. Toilet did not completely flush and sink was cracked. Rug was very frayed. No one helped us apply Marriott points.

There was no one at the front desk neither at check in or check out I had to wait both times and at check out I had a question about my payment, I waited and no one ever came so I left. My booked room was $145 my card was charged $170 and I was not told . Poor staff poor communication.
