The room was great . Food on site is super expensive. The mattress needs to be changed felt the springs

Next to a target, grocery store, and casual restaurants
Room 227, a 2 bedroom suite, has 3 windows…all were eye level with a disgusting bird poop covered roof (which was over the breakfast area)…you could see nothing else but the bird poop roof because of the poorly designed facade of the building. Front desk begrudgingly gave us another room but refused to let us see it first to make sure it wasn’t as bad. Will never stay at a marriott or residence inn again.

Good location
Our room was changed due to overbooking. We had a double bedroom suite to spend time with family and the room was given away due to overbooking. we were forced to stay in separate suites and did not get as much time together as expected.

Breakfast was great. So was the location. Staff on checking in was ok. Night staff preferred to talk to one another rather than address our questions. Pool and hot tub were great.
The cost was ridiculous! The other Marriott Residence Inns I have been too are much more plush (Wisconsin). Our room was small for us. I accidentally didn't book the motel through Marriott.com, so the Loyalty Group refused me my points. My total bill came to $650.00!

Beautiful room and beautiful location. View of the hot springs. Clean big bed and nice bathroom
My only issue is the lady at the front desk upgraded our room without asking us and then proceeded to try and charge us for it upon our check out. I did not ask for an upgrade, I was fine with the room I chose and wouldn’t have agreed to an upgrade if I knew I would be charged for it. I thought people still just did things out of the kindness of their hearts.

it was clean
there was no parking available plus the charge you a parking fee when you do t even find a space available. i has to park at the Wells Fargo Bank
4.3
rooms were spacious. it was quiet and comfortable
having to pay 12$ to park overnight!
breakfast was fair

If breakfast could have had a few more options and differences each day. Like, pancakes and the option of making your own waffles. The oatmeal was great and the chocolate milk for kids was great!
I sort of answered that above.

Luxurious hotel (I think we made a mistake when reserving ;) everything was clean. The room was big with a full kitchen. Good breakfast, swimming pool, washing machine. The personel was nice. Very well situated close to the city center and to a shopping center (walking distance)
Everything was convenient, really great place.
It would be nice to have salt, pepper and cooking oil in the room's kitchen (the basics)
We would have appreciated more fruits for the breakfast (it's minor)

Great location friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable
4.3
Both breakfast and location were great! Beds very comfortable, too.
Room doors were not sound proof. Couldn’t talk without being very quiet or watch TV, listen to music in the living room area without waking up the children in the two bedroom suite.
4.3
The suite was beautiful.
During check in, another desk host would of been helpful. A line of several persons were waiting to recieve assistance. Desk host was on phone and was not able help those waiting in line.

We left too early to get breakfast
It was wonderful
4.3
Breakfast adequate. The size of room was great and most of staff was friendly & helpful.
The location was excellent.
Broken black-out shade was fixed within 15 minutes of our call.
We were there for 4 days…NO maid service, garbage overflowing, out of towels.
Our 4th floor room had constant large flies…we’d kill & more appeared…closer to a roof vent?
To-go coffee cup lids left in one bedroom, (not ours).
One phone never worked & broken black-out shade,( but was fixed-see above).
Most front desk people were SO friendly, while others were almost aloof.
EXTREMELY salty bacon & dry/stale bagels & bread.

Miss your social you use to have.
Sofa bed and no coffee creamer. Do not like your flavored creamer at all

They charged us $12 for parking nightly but advertised complimentary parking. They did correct bill when brought to their attention, with only a little argueing

Rooms and amenities
Rooms could have been cleaner

It was very clean and comfortable. Showers had good water pressure with hot water right away, and nice smelling Paul Mitchell shampoo. Bed and pillows were comfy. The location was great; close to the hot springs and downtown. You have to drive to get places, but we didn't have any problems finding parking. The breakfast and coffee were good.

The morning staff was friendlier than the staff that checked us in. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have an ice maker in the room. It was nice to have seperate bedrooms.
The staff that checked us in were rude and unaccommodating. The 2-bedroom suite was not what was shown in the photos; it was small and both rooms were handicap accessible. There were supposed to be 4 of us with a dog, which is why we booked with this property, but they had an accident and couldn't join us. Had there been 4 of us, the accommodations would have been very uncomfortable; we would have asked to change rooms. I also asked the staff at the front desk if it would be possible to hold our luggage at checkout, and was told that was not possible. Since when does a hotel not hold bags? This was so unbelievable that I decided not to argue the matter, and decided to wait until the following morning to ask again for help from the staff to hold our bags. The room I slept in was underneath the laundry facility and the consistent usage all night long of the machines kept me awake. It would have been nice to have a shuttle pick us up from the train station; we waited for the local taxi service to pick us up for 45+ minutes. It's a 6 minute drive from the station to the hotel that was a $15 fee. If given the opportunity to choose this property again, it would be an easy "no thank you".

It was definitely very clean, which I appreciated a lot. And we needed more towels, and the housekeepers were very generous.
There were two things I didn’t like, as I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was very upset and cranky because the other girl was leaving for the day. And I understand, we all have bad days so I didn’t let it phase my stay. We got home around 9ish from the Iron Mountain, and there was no parking was is crazy since you pay for overnight parking and not all the cars had the paper on their car. Thats beyond the point, what really bothered me, is a woman was walking in alone to ask where she can park since there was no parking and the same cranky gentleman sent her to Wells Fargo to go park. Who sends a single woman to go park down the road at 9pm at night? Again, he did the bare minimum, and was still cranky.

The kitchenette and fridge were very useful. Plenty of room, good TV selection. Shower was warm and good pressure. Good access to bus routes in town. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection of food. Temperature in the room was quite comfortable. A nice little temporary home away from home.
Couch wasn't the most comfortable, bed was a little firm for my taste, but neither were too big a deal. There are separate bins for trash and recycling, but both just end up in the dumpster.
4.3
The accommodations allowed us to prepare home cooked meals and the location is close to several options for food shopping in just a shot walk. Also the property is a central location to many activities such as several hot springs, ski options, scenic and city life vibes.
Some amenities were not available (out of order) and parking is limited. Parking fees are.charged daily even if you are forced to park off property (public parking).

nice location, comfortable , coffee was hot and liked they offered the flavored creamers.
the weird hash squares on the breakfast menu. bizarre and tasted awful.
4.3
Breakfast was fine. Property was a little far from town since we were traveling by train and did not have an auto. We did walk to town once but used a taxi for other trips.
Suite had great floor plan but had a few cosmetic problems, starting to show the age. Not important to us, but might be for some. Pool needed some attention.
