I love the location. The staff was amazing. The beds were very comfy. Overall the room met most of our needs and I would certainly stay again.

I was very disappointed with the mold around the bathtub. The floors are also pretty stained.

It was clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and had great breakfast.

My only complaint is the pillows are way to small not sure what kind of pillows they were they kind of felt like either couch pillows our outside pillows other than that the bed was super comfortable

Horrible. Only had one good employee. Had 600$ come out of my account and went and asked why and got threatened to get kicked out. Bc I just wanted to know why the money came out of my account when we had already paid in full for the room. Cleaned room from top to bottom when we left bc we do have 3 kids. Got attitude for asking for towels with one person. Another person slammed vacuum into the door when I opened and asked if I could get some cleaning spray and he told me to go get it myself he's not a maid. Only had one good employee. She was AMAZING. Helped us multiple times always had a sunny attitude and even lent me cleaning supplies and helped me clean the room before I left so I wouldn't be charged a cleaning fee. But what do u know I didn't get my deposit back for the room and another 100 was taken out of my account 5 days after I left-- and STILL has not been returned. If an employee helped clean the room, there was no mess no smoking then why didn't I get the deposit back? All in all Laquinta inn and suites gets a zero from me. I usually give good stars but it was a wreck there. Had manager crying at desk bc she was overwhelmed--- same person who threatened to kick us out and not give a reason why 600$ was taken out. A maybe 5 minute conversation with manager screaming in my face. Just smugly tell us nothing was gonna happen to her call the police she's been there for 8 years and nobody can touch her. This came from Shelby the manager. When a PERSON staying at the hotel called-yes called bc the manager wouldn't call- the other manager other lady told her to do what she wanted with us. Shelby got off phone and said if u apologize I'll let you stay but it's got to be sincere. I went outside to collect myself came back in apologized for no reason and she breaks down telling me she is sorry that she's been doing all the work there bc people won't come into work.

The location is convenient.

The bath tub was clogged. Air conditioning didn’t work. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom. There had been leaks showing through the drywall that had just been painted over. The elevator hasn’t worked since the last time I was there, which was about 2 weeks.

The price was OK and it was a convenient location.

The elevator wasn't working, the shower and bathroom sink were slow to drain. The carpet had a hole in it and I also saw a roach.

Danielle did an excellent job getting me a room on the first floor to be near my family that was also staying at this hotel.

Breakfast was fine, excellent location.

Bathroom needed some upgrades, some floor tiles were needing replaced, the tub kept dripping water.
