Hotel was close to airport, shuttle service was great, picked us up at 1 am, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, area clean and well stocked.

Tasteful, roomy, quiet

The pool was great.

1. I reported I accidentally broke a bottle in my bathroom after we checked in at 11:00 p.m. I was told there was no one who could clean it up. As I had a 5 year-old with me, I cleaned it myself and used towels to mop up the drink and amass the teeny shards into the corner behind the toilet. The next day after we got back to the room in the afternoon, cleaning staff hadn't cleaned our room. I reported it again and a guy came up with a broom and carried the towels which contained shards of glass across my room. Again, I had a 5 year old. There were 6 teeny shards of glass I cleaned from the floor. The bathroom still smelled of the drink because he didn't mop it. 2. No one ever cleaned in the 3 days we were there and I had to ask for towels to replace those I used to clean up the bottle. 3. Breakfast was awful, low quality, disgusting. There was nothing I could give my 5 year old without loads of sugar or additives. Paper plates, styrofoam and plastic utensils is not what you'd expect for the money paid. These are the biggest issues I have.
