Pues que les cuento que nisiquiera alcance a ir porque fue un error que tuve al hacer mi reserva por medio de la App booking.com y desde hay nace para mi el pésimo servicio que me dieron sin aver ido me canse de llamarlos boda la tarde de hoy 29 de marzo para que me solucionaran ese error que era modificar la ciudad porque me confundí y no le puse newar new jersey sino que me confundí y puse newar University como les decía me aburrí de llamar y como no hablo inglés y ellos no tienen para pagar un empleado que se encargue de atender personal que no habla inglés pues se hicieron los pendejos y ninguno me soluciono así que esta es la hora y no me respondieron porque eso paso justo hoy 29 de marzo así que ya para que pienso en eso pero tanto el hotel como la App de booking.com prestan un servicio al cliente pésimo porque ni siquiera la App booking.com fueron capaces de solucionar algo tan sencillo es cierto que la política que tienen es de no cambiar fechas o cancelar la reserva pero en este caso yo no iva a cancelar la reserva era sencillamente nada más que corregir la ciudad pero bueno con esto ya dejare hasta de usar la App de booking.com mañana la desistalare de mis teléfonos porque ala final no sirven para nada eso es todo lo que tengo que decir de este par pésimo tanto la App booking.com como el trato que dan los empleaduchos esos adiós

Todo no me gustó y jamás los volveré a utilizar si así como me atendieron por teléfono ni me quiero imaginar como ubiese sido presencial

Room was comfortable and clean

No complimentary breakfast. I had no problem with being offered a bar and the bistro however so many hotels of lower status offer continental breakfast. For the cost of the room it should have been an option.

Great location.

Bathroom was outdated. Tub small and made even smaller with soap, etc. containers stuck on the side of the wall. The sink area was exceptionally small compared to other motels not enough room for a travel case.

Great staff, clean rooms and nice restaurant/bar on site. Safe location away from the highway.

first stay my room overlooked a ac unit or something. these type rooms should only be given to people if no other choice. second stay had a nice balcony.

I was working at the University of Delaware, so the location was perfect. They made sure I had a quiet room which I'd requested.

Wi-fi was spotty and sometimes non-existent. While I could connect to their network, their network or at least the repeater near me had no internet connection. I talked to the front desk and was connected to their conference wifi which does not work above the first floor. They didn't want to reboot the modem.

They charged me for an extra night after I told them on check in that I would be checking out before the date they had down. I was told on check on they would charge me for it regardless of whether or not I stayed in the room. When I complained following my stay the manager claimed they charged me extra because I checked out late contradicting the information I was told on check in and outright lying to me on foot of my complaint.
