Room smelled like cigarette smoke and room phone was not working when I arrived. Was given 2 broken pack n plays initially (1 requested in each of 2 separate rooms). One was replaced and the second one someone came to “fix” because it was the last one the hotel had. The maintenance individual who “fixed” it grumbled about how it was fine even though one side wouldn’t snap together because when they were young they only had cardboard boxes. An unfortunate experience for an established hotel.

Pay to park. Noise echos in center.

Location and cleanliness were wonderful.

Newly remodeled. Clean. Good food and service.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Too many young kids being too old in the lobby. Staff and parents did not shut them down at 10pm.
