I could not control the a/c or fan in the room. I like to sleep in a cooler environment if I have the option. Why do all hotel doors SLAM shut? My neighbors were in and out late at night slamming the darn door! There was no body gel or shampoo in the shower dispensers. I only used 1 towel to conserve and appreciate the hard work of the hotel room staff. The breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly and allowed me to grab something at 9:15am; 15 minutes after closing! Thank you! Yes; I will stay here again when visiting family and friends.

Breakfast was real treat. Check in and out went well.

The fact that we booked to use a pool and unfortunately, it was not operable. The pump was out and I had two disappointed children. I was also charged an extra fee without my knowledge.

The location was nice because it was right across the street from where we were going and it was located close to the main restaurants.

The front desk staff member had no personality and was wearing sunglasses-very unprofessional. We had to get a second room because the first one that was given to us was still dirty. The pool was freezing cold. The towels to use at the pool were about enough to cover an adult women’s leg. I do not recommend this hotel and would definitely never stay here again.

I was attending a convention and the facility was across the street. Very convenient.

The eggs at breakfast were not hot or even warm.

Within easy walking distance to the convo center across the street. Room was fairly clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location was also near several restaurants, a drug store, and a Walmart. Easy highway access. About 10 minutes from downtown St Louis.

Room was not stocked with toiletries or a hair dryer. Pillows were mostly flat and mushy. I wish the bedcovers were heavier during cold weather.
