Staff very nice and helpful. Room was clean.

The carpet needs to be stretched or replaced. I have a disability and use a cane and tripped more than once on the bulged up areas. Also, please change up at least the breakfast meat at least once in a while. 6 days of pork sausage is way too much. Some bacon or even sausage links now and then would have been great. And mattresses needed to be flipped badly.

The room was nice and looked recently renovated.

The hallways and entrance way is a bit rundown looking. and, only a single elevator.

Waffles were good. Could have used some other toppings. No granola or dried fruit for yogurt. Only had white bread. No bagels or pastries which are easy.

Very nice clean room and crisp clean bedding. Very nice pillows. Also, they called before we stayed because we had made a special request. A first floor room. They called to say they had arranged to give us what we requested which was very nice of them! Nice front staff!

I was on a scooter because of a foot surgery..None of the doors I had to roll in and out of were very safe. Front door area was too steep, one other exit door wouldn't open at all. The 3rd door we tried was blocked by a car and snowbanks. The 4th door which we tried was apparently a door for disability but again couldn't use it because snow prevented getting in. Wasn't shoveled. I ended up using the front entry which was scary because it really sloped. It was icy. Also, did not like that there was no countertops in the bathroom. Thought the pictures on line made the rooms look much more new and roomy. Was disappointed we paid a lot for that room.

The entire staff was awesome! Very accommodating with a pet and two kids. Would absolutely stay again.

it was close to my house and right around $100 a night. check in was easy and the staff was pleasant

the roll away was hard to sleep on as the springs inside the mattress felt as if they were going to pop through at any moment

very hospitable staff, exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable bed, on our travel route with easy off and on, very good place to stay
