Filthy. One person cleaning rooms while several employees at the front desk doing nothing.

Atmosphere was good and everything clean. Liked that there was access to food in hotel.

The handicap shower was wheelchair accessible and even though we were careful the water came way out onto the floor.

We called the front desk 10 times between 8 and 930 without a answer also called from cell phones the direct number and transfered from that number to operator at hotel for customer service still no answer. This is a very scary situation what if someone was ill in the room and trying to get help ?? Total unexcusable!!! Will ask to speak to a supervisor tomorrow.

A little tight for two people and large suitcases.

The beds were super comfy, everything was very clean. Enough space for the three of us. The pool and hot tub were open which was great! Our room was very convenient to the ice machines and elevators which was nice. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Room had a microwave and small fridge which was nice too, though the fridge didn’t work well.

I don’t believe the refrigerator was working well. I tried to put a yogurt and water in there and it felt warm. When I tried to adjust the temperature it seemed the nob was broken to make it colder. That was the only issue.
