Nothing really. The place was way outdated, the rooms smelled like musky wet dog and staff was non professional.

Outdated, looked more like a crack hotel with all the homeless around. And the hotel looked so ran down and disgusting. The photos are not what it actually what it appears to be

It was nothing like the pictures. The pool was disgusting and dirty. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and Ben though it was a smoke free room.. It was just very dirty some of the staff where rude when calling in confirm my reservation..

Nothing at all! Place was a dump!

Absolutely everything was horrible from the moment we checked in. Room keys didn’t work and the front desk person was going into rooms of the hotel with a woman. Disgusting and unprofessional DO NOT STAY HERE! We ended up having to book at a different hotel.

rooms smalled like mold and the Breakfast was not warm, no eggs on one day and no bread on another the pool was way too small for anyone to try to swim very deceiveing from the pictures on the internet not worth the money paid, I had to go down and ask for my own towels everyday we stayed there

The front desk receptionist was very nice.

Our first room has wet carpet. The room smelled of smoke. It looked outdated. We requested another room and got moved the second room was cleaner but the shower wasnt clean. The pool smelled like saltwater.

Really bad decor which was old and in poor repair. Room smelled very stale. Overwhelming chlorine smell upon entering building. Hole in bathroom floor.

It was ok the day manager was great he explained why we didn't have the things promised to us but it was a great stay I was disappointed when I got there and I was not told about a 100 per room I still have not seem it back 200 dollars cause I had 2 rooms

No hot tub 200 dollar deposite

Very convenient location with great views of Pikes peak. Did not use pool but it looked good with a slide. Has a real airplane hanging in the lobby.

The location was the only thing this property has going for it.

The hotel was old and dirty and smelled foul. They had no wash clothes for our entire 6 day stay and limited supply of bath towels and those smelled like cigarette smoke. Pool was tiny and water was a weird shade of green. We paid for a room with a little kitchenette with cooktop and that wasn’t what we got. We were also told when we asked for another roll of toilet paper that housekeeping didn’t show up so they didn’t have any. Their continental breakfast consisted of bread, bagels cut in half and small previously handled muffins and no cream cheese or anything to put on it.

nothing I think only homeless stay here. and it’s fine is cold for them to be outside but please don’t rent rooms for the public if you do that.

it only smell like cigarettes and weed inside all the building, even all my cloths back home I had to wash everything Because it smells like cigarettes. at night people would scream and slam doors and would wakes us up. there where people with big dogs even a pit bull was there. the tv didn’t work, there was no table they had the phone on top of a chair. they never gave us clean towels, everything was horrible.

The beds were comfortable

I understand that they are remodeling this hotel but it doesn't mean that they should stop checking if the rooms are clean and everything is fixed in the rooms. There was no smoke detectors,cable didn't work and we found bed bugs in our room!!

I like the fact that there was four walls for me and my boyfriend to get away and be together in.

Well for starters when I walked in there was a bunch of people yelling then the room that we got booked there was already somebody booked in it so we had to go back down to the office the elevators were broke so we had to walk up all three flights of stairs we went through three rooms before we found a room that was clean the TV did not work there were people right outside the window all night yelling people yelling up and down the Halls the whole time the water pressure and shower heads sucked honestly I will never stay at the Baymont again and I would not suggest it to my worst enemy......

the price was good and the location wasn’t to bad

1) The elevator didn’t work so my handicapped mom had to walk up the stairs 2) the room next to us had 2 big dogs that barked all night. 3) people were knocking on the windows all night 4) no coffee or shampoo for the rooms 5) bag breakfast was a joke probably should say no breakfast on the website
