Check-in was nice and simple and the room was clean. Standard coffee and fridge setup and at night it was quiet.

Great location., near some beaches and good restaurants. The pool was great too. The breakfast was included wich is a great value. The room was large.
The bed was a bit noisy. outdoor amenities could be upgraded

The continental breakfast did not open until 8 A.M. - way too late for people traveling. They need to open at 7 A.M. for those waking early. Price for this motel way too expensive

Comfort, cleanliness, little touches with landscaping, clean, friendly owner, tech savvy, location.
Did not have coffee other than in room or a breakfast (e.g. grab and go). However, the room has both a microwave and a refrigerator and it’s very close to stop and shop grocery store, so that was really not an issue. However, it would be nice and I believe the owner is going to look at implementing that in the future.

No breakfast as advertised, rooms not cleaned or beds made during stay because of "insufficient staff"

The room was warm and cozy for the time of year. This was not my 1st choice for accommodations. The location suited my needs at the time.
Didn't like being on the 1st floor or the lack of breakfast items.

The bed frame was metal and made lots off noise kept waking us up and the air or heater was noisy we unplugged it

The room rate was good value. It was clean and near the bike paths. IT was also a good location for day trips and half day trips to other areas of the cape. Some good restaurants nearby. Land Ho is in walking distance and has excellent seafood. Stop and Shop Grocery store right down the street.
The breakfast was poor. Don't stay there for the breakfast. Bring your own. The bananas were over ripe and not refreshed. They had white bread, english muffins and mini bagels. They were on the stale side. The only item that I though was edible was Activa yogurt in the refrigerator.

Breakfast was very basic - and truly continental: mini bagels, toast, bananas, OJ, coffee, mini muffins, two kinds of cereal, yogurt. The location was ideal to all of Orleans restaurants, beaches, groceries, shops, etc. The hotel and property were immaculately clean and neat!
Breakfast would be much improved with some sort of protein.

We loved the pool and the location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean other than a really old AC unit. The free breakfast included cereal, mini muffins, mini bagels, small yoghurt, small coffee and bananas. Get there early to beat the crowd!
The rooms are very outdated could use a makeover, but very clean non the less. The AC unit in our room was musty and had a good amount of mold which was concerning. We were only there for 3 nights and out and about during the day, but we were able to turn the AC off at night and open the windows.
